Really helpful chap named Melvin on the phone We had no broadband at our business and needed some help getting our PDQ machines moved into the 3G network Without Melvin s help we d have lost a load of money due to not being able to take card payments

On the busiest day of the year the card machine went down Michael Fortune was more than magnificent He slowly went through lots of menus and after 30 minutes found out the problem even through my wild jabbering He deserves flowers chocolates gin in fact he was one of the best online guys I have ever had the pleasure of being guided by in 43 years of business Also what a lovely speaking voice so calming Now there is someone who deserves to be on the front of Time magazine as man of the year
