TERRIBLE f-ing company It s run by a bunch of 20-year old dudes on tren Ordered a TSHIRT 6 months ago nothing Reaching out to customer service probably 15 times bullshit excuses and arrogant comments towards me Finally got a dm from Chris the athlete manager about a month ago told me my stuff would get to me soon still nothing Just a bunch of money hungry dudes who make crappy clothes and don t care about customers whatsoever

Never got my order Waited close to 4 months before cancelling as I heard 0 news no shipping confirmation or anything We ll see if I get my money back It said the item was already in stock when I ordered too Customer service was poor Wouldn t recommend ordering from them

I ve been waiting since August 4th
I ve been waiting since August 4th it s been 91 days since i ordered 170 worth of stuff from the website looking at the review s i can t imagine them even being able to catch up with how many orders they haven t delivered And yet they proceed pumping their socials full of new styles and content I m really worried i will never receive my order at this point and I m doubtful they will refund me my money since they said i can only cancel the order after 119 DAYS And they might their words consider giving me a refund

Lies to their customers
Not only has it been a long time since i ordered over 100 days but the company also lies about it s own policies I was told by customer service that after 98 days I d be eligable for a refund However When I applied they told me all sales are final I strongly advice not to purchase anything from here I cannot provide any photos in this review due to trustpilot not giving me the option However I have screenshots of everything they have said I found relevant

Ordered on September 4th Have emailed back and forth with their customer support provided on their website and have gotten nowhere Spent over 80 on a sweatshirt They cannot meet the deadlines stated on their website and order forms Poor customer service with no meaningful answers for any questions No refund policy

They made me wait 7 months for the delivery that I paid 35It was sent in a black plastic bag like those you get when you order from Ali express I had paid 185 for my order I will never buy anything from them again The quality of the product is poor and the label of the interior has been cut made in Bengaladesh I think they buy them on Aliexpress and then they print their logos on them

Terrible company unable to meet the demand and keep to time scales given
Terrible company placed order 10 weeks ago Customer service just keep saying they are dealing with the order but they do not keep you updated This order is for 2 t-shirts I ve never known a company to be so poor with producing such a small order Even if they have to source the material from another country I can t see why it takes them over 10 weeks to produce 2 t shirts and still I have not had a dispatch date Please don t hesitate waste your money with this company as you will be highly disappointed

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would This goes beyond being a bad company the people who work here must truly be the scum of the earth Every 1 star review on here is accurate They can t meet deadlines they don t give any updates and their customer service is piss-poor i e answering emails aggresively and trying to guilt trip the consumer for asking for updates They said they refunded me but I haven t received a dime yet so will likely be disputing the transaction with my bank Honestly every customer here that hasn t received their product within the timeline should be given interest considering how long our money was tied up for This company is shite and I hope everyone responsible for my horrible experience and working at Retaliation Project has the worst 2025 ever Genuinely f this company
