Recently purchased 3 Jack Wills polo

Recently purchased 3 Jack Wills polo shirts 2 of which have shrunk in length by several inches strangely not in width Washing instructions were followed meticulously and items returned at our cost to Jack Wills Customer care atrocious and request for refund rejected as company were unable to find any manufacturing fault and put it down to wear and tear after only a few weeks and 4 washes We will definitely not be using this company again Also discovered that they are now part of Sports Direct

Reviews io sells fakes reviews to shady companies

Reviews io is a scam They are used to promote other scam websites and they use paid reviews to boost illegitimate claims for websites that practice shady business Do not trust anything from this website They have clearly tried to use paid reviews here as well to try and disparage Trust Pilot and boost their own service You can literally scroll down a little further on Google past all their pid for BS and see ads to literally buy ads from them DO NOT TRUST

Customer service is the worst on the market They send reviews requests links to the customers without the Company being aware of it Then they refuse to delete moderate the review even when the review uses profanity language This is not a service we will ever use again

Suppress negative reviews to artificially boost ratings

Twice tried to write a negative review for a poor product and review not published no email to explain rejection reason etc just vanished into thin air If you look at the websites and products it holds reviews for all have a suspiciously high number of 5 star reviews and barely any poor ones All I can assume is that they suppress poor reviews to artificially inflate ratings The company and any websites that use their services are therefore completely untrustworthy and best avoided

Like everyone said a scam review company - they ask if you are submitting a negative or positive review in order to send the link When its negative no link sent Clearly a paid for review site in order for scam companies to collect reviews to scam other people Needs closing down

Read the reviews I did not pay enough attention only bogus companies would use this review company 220 00 down on a radiator and unable to contact the company selling the product which never arrived

Reviews io is a scam site They do nothing to validate if the reviews are by genuine customers so companies are able to pump up their ratings I ve contacted them about such a company Hazelton s Gift Baskets and they told me reviews are unfiltered with no checks and balances Hazelton s are poorly rated on TrustPilot and Yelp They were also pulled by Google for rigging their reviews Reviews io is nothing more than a facilitator of fraud

Tried to write a review and they said I wasn t trusted

Tried to write a review for a website I had a bad experience with and they said I wasn t trusted and would have to submit a second review for some second unrelated site I also thought it was weird that their submission form asked me if the website I had an experience with asked for the review and wanted me to paste a copy of the email i received from them in the form its a fake review site
