No corruption here can honestly say they are fair and reasonable They will only remove negative reviews if they are not factual and have been published to intentionally damage a companies reputation because a customer hasn t got their own way made a mistake - not because they have a valid claim They will only publish honest negative reviews that you can reply to We welcome positive and negative reviews so we can learn from them but we can t learn from false versions of events Regardless if you are a paying customer on a premium account or basic they treat you the same Their systems are a mile above Trustpilot and you have way more functionality and user friendly features Trust Google or Reviews io not Trustpilot Trustpilot is so biased if you pay for a premium account they have way more leverage towards you if you have a basic account they are not interested Well done Reviews io - great company

Online Insulation use Reviews io and we have to say as far as we can see it s one of the most honest review platforms available Every customer has the opportunity to leave a review for the service they have received from us this is an automated system that we have no control over and an email is sent to every customer regardless of order size location ect We do from time to time have some issues but they are always resolved quickly by the team We used to use Trustpilot but the cost was astronomical and we received less genuine reviews and a worse customer service Keep up the good work

I have recently seen this review company come up more and more and they seem really trustworthy and good companies are using them more and more Having lost a little trust in the larger company s revie scores these look to be a great alternative
