Used for the second time and the business recommended gave a brilliant service Glad I now use reviews io as if I had used trust pilot I only used trust-pilot once and the company in question NEWSTEAM had a very good rating Since I used them I have had nothing but trouble and when I left them I have been trying to get the money they owe with no success The only good thing is I used to pay them over 700 per year and now I get the paper online for 50 per year So really because of trust-pilots taking down one star reviews for this company making them have a high rating when if the one star reviews remained they would be warned about using them then people use it and get nothing but trouble now am saving nearly 700 per year and getting a good service from getting it online No waiting for the paper to arrive as it is always late and sometimes doesn t even come and they say it has been delivered and then admit they did not have a driver on those days So happy I am now using reviews io Thank you Will update soon as I am still trying to get the money they owe

Cannot fault easy to use service great support always looking to improve and good value for money These negative reviews I believe are influenced by Trustpilot - funny how Trustpilot have their own experience page on their own web site and they have a really high star rating but if you look on other reviews platforms they don t look how many negative reviews they have - something doesn t look right Reviews io are a fraction of the price for a far better and more modern service They only moderate reviews if you can clearly evidence they are false otherwise honest customer reviews positive or negative will be published They are genuine and you should trust the reviews The only thing I would say that isn t right is that you can hide not delete negative reviews from your home page widget - we don t as we want new customers to see positive and negative reviews and how we handle them You cant delete them or hide them anywhere else though or on Reviews io main page which is how it should be Trustpilot should look at reviews io as a leading reviews brand and follow their lead

I ve been using many review sites as a marketer including Trustpilot and G2 but REVIEWS io is without doubt the best experience I ve ever had with a company of this type Their team is helpful and quick The platform is modern easy to set up offers tons of features for much less than G2 or even Trustpilot Plus they don t tie you in for a year I can only recommend them

Fantastic review site I suspect a lot of the below negative comments are fake reviews by Trustpilot who are facing a class action law suit in the US for their dubious methods I have been a customer of Trustpilot and I have found them to be a deeply unethical and untrustworthy platform and would never use them ever again reviews io are the complete opposite Trustworthy ethical and a far superior platform on every level To me when I see Trustpilot reviews scores on websites I don t pay any attention and I m unlikely to purchase from that company

I m surprised to see all the negative reviews here I ve used Reviews for my business since they were just a start up and their pricing was exceptionally competitive as a result We evaluated many of the review companies including Feefo and TrustPilot but their prices were prohibitive to a smaller business Their customer service has always been excellent and continues to be even as they have grown The platform has evolved over time and they re always adding new features I really couldn t ask for much more

I have been with reviews co uk for nearly 3 years for Bluebananas co uk and Mintymelons co uk everything is without issue helpful customer service i did refuse to pay the high price for Trustpilot i feel that Trustpilot uses mafia tactics they collect or manufacture unverified reviews then ask businesses to pay to get them removed where as reviews co uk will help you through any issue that might arise caused by untrue reviews from competitors 5 stars to reviews co uk 1 star for Trustpilot

Great service and great price Not sure why there are negative reviews on Reviewio io when the site delivers the same service than similar companies at a much lower price We have used their service for several years Any issue we had were resolved promptly throughout the years I find it odd that TrustPilot would rate their own competitor through their site and even so since there are so many negative reviews Whether Truspilot lives up to its name is questionable here
