Great Customer support disappointing product

Customer support was great and I really appreciated the help with problem I had However the product left a lot to be desired 1 I got a collab case half black half white With 2 weeks of VERY CAREFUL use I found that the white part showed some skid marks where the white faded showing the black below This is in a case that costs almost 40 I was able to figure it out with their very helpful customer agent 2 The case itself was kind of a let down I was expecting a much more elegant case but no It seems kind of bulky and is heavy It is protective but I don t think anyone wants protection from 2-story buildings sacrificing having to carry a brick with them Every case can be protective if it is a thick block of plastic 3 Buttons are kind of mushy I think because of the fact that are swapable No way they are responsive as in the youtube reviews 4 There is a gap from the left side iphone11 showing light coming through the volume buttons Overall it is just an ok case that will protect your phone but nowhere near the hype of youtube reviews If it costed 20 it would be perfect But not now Thankfully I got it with a promo code and replaced with their life time warranty Lets hope the new one is better

Quality is good but delivery is too slow

The case is top quality no doubt I ve never owned such a good case However the logistics of this company are horrific I waited 3 months to have two cases delivered Throughout the time I emailed customer service multiple times and they kept saying that the production time for customised cases which was what I ordered is 5-7 business days and the shipment takes up to 15 business days However once the package got handed over to the local courier they contacted me saying that the company didn t provide my address or phone number this being the reason why the package was almost returned after waiting for 3 months I love the cases I ordered but the waiting experience is just not worth it in my opinion For the price you pay for premium phone cases they should provide better service DPD and DHL deliver easily for up to 10 business days all over Europe maybe they need to change the companies they work with Otherwise for 3 months I can order a phone case from AliExpress for 2 that will arrive faster Again the cases are top quality but I will probably never order from them again There s many other companies that can provide the same quality with way better service sorry

Great product terrible shipping

I ve heard amazing things about Rhinoshield and seen friends of mine use it As far as durability goes their cases are almost on par with Mous which I consider to be the king of phone protection However what Rhionshield has the most phone case companies don t have is extensive customization with that protection This is why I ordered from them However I am sorely disappointed by their 1-3 day shipment which I paid extra for Heads up it s not 1-3 days I contacted support and they said because it was a customized case it needed more time to be shipped out fine I didn t see that disclaimer when I purchased it but fine It has been over 3 days since this product has shipped and it still hasn t arrived to my house At this point I want to cancel my order and just go with Mous At least their products arrive when they say they do The only reason I don t is because to be honest the price of their cases along with the protection and quality they offer is a STEAL If I could go back I wouldn t have paid extra for this expedited shipping though Very disappointed in that Rhinoshield

I bought a Case and screen protector

I bought a Case and screen protector for Iphone 12 Pro Whilst the case is nice the fit is slightly off and frequently clicks back onto the phone when im holding it The screen protector is possibly the biggest joke i ve seen in a long time 20 for a plastic screen protector with no applicator to help apply and no alcohol wipe to help clean the phone screen either If you go here only go for cases the screen-protectors are a waste of time if you want to protect an iphone just get the belkin protector from apple stores at least they will replace it free if it breaks

I bought a case from the anime line for my s20 fe Great case in terms of protection however the case is extremely slippery It slips fro my grip like a wet bar of soap at times Luckily the case is strong af so nothing has broken so far but its rather counterproductive as it causes more drops

You lost a customer buying 5-10 cases a year

Great products but very limited devices supported almost apple only company I have used their solid suit was good quality but boring but as a samsung user thats all they offer Would love to see mod nx and or CrashGuardNX for samsung devices especially s22 ultra Their support told me thats not gonna happen I buy 5-10 cases a year but Until they support samsung devices for close to all products i will not shop here again

Bad bumper

Loved the iPhone 10 crash guard and when I got an 12 I bought a new one Its is TERRIBLE After a few month it doesn t really stick to the phone which defeats its whole purpose Edit In response to Rhinoshields response I see that the new square design is harder to design for than the iPhone 10 I still don t think that it is not a specific thing with my bumper as your answer suggests but a general design flaw of the bumper I have recommended your project to so many people but can t do that anymore and would suggest to people to look at other options On the positive side I m still happy with your screen protectors that are much better than most of the ones out there

How to improve the service

Two weeks ago I made a purchase and something went wrong with my address So I contacted support on Friday at 11 and I received a mail notifying me that the customer support is in Taiwan so at that hour the office is closed I think if you can t contact the service at 11 it is a bad service I think you have a lot of clients here and in Canada and in these countries the service is really good and easy you can contact many companies at any time For solve that problem I suggest to do the same as the others companies have a customer team in Mexico or in Bogota it is the call centers hub from South America On the other hand I really like your cases and your products I think they are one of the best cases in the market But next time I m going to buy a case I will think three times before buy something from you I can t understand why you take more than one week to deliver a generic case I suggest to have stock of generic cases in America Thanks for your attention Have a good day

Feels solid and protective but the premium price is not worth

Feels solid and protective But the print of the backplate one of their marketed features and what I think they charge their premium prices for overall is super grainy and gross looking I would say not worth the money I could definitely get the same level of protection shock absorption at a lower price but if I m paying extra for the company that can provide a customisation service I d expect design quality to match their marketing websites
