Greedy company with Inferior products and awful customer service

I ordered a Rhinoshield SolidSuit case from the Rhinoshield store on Amazon I believed it would hold up and protect my phone for a long time It did not The case has gotten so loose that my phone falls out if it gets turned even slightly It is more a danger to my phone than not having a case I contacted Rhinoshield and sent them a video of how easily the phone falls out They said that happens and is the result of wear and tear so it would fall under the replacement program They wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for shipping and handling charges on a 30 case that didn t last a fraction of the time it should have I wasted my money buying the thing why should I have to pay so much for them to replace it An Otterbox case lasted me five years on my last phone When it broke I contacted them and was charged 5 for my replacement Rhinoshield has inferior products and charges way too much to replace them when they fail I ll go back to Otterbox and warn everyone I can to avoid this company Garbage quality cases and greedy unhelpful customer service

I ordered the case for my Samsung

I ordered the case for my Samsung Galaxy S23 two weeks ago They told me that it would take 5 days to send it and until today it has not arrived I just tracked the order and they changed the date from today to Monday

Horrible

Horrible We bought a gripmini and a gripmax after watching an ad from Pewdiepie 40 dollars later we got two items that just don t work And when I asked for a refund return they said they would only refund us 50

Defective case for protection cleanliness and MagSafe

When I first opened my SolidSuit Case from Rhinoshield I was pretty happy with the appearance and material but was very quickly disappointed Upon putting the case on my iPhone 14 I found it had a shoddy fit that didn t really cover the corners of the phone and the camera ring had gaps on every side of the square generally looking lower quality I decided at the time to bite the bullet but now after about 2 months of use the MagSafe on the back has caused the case to bubble over the circle so much the MagSafe products I intended to use when buying the SolidSuit with MagSafe can hardly stay attached It also made the gaps at the corners of the phone even larger When I take the case off there is grime collected in each corner of the inside of the case from these gaps and my screen protector got roughed up on a corner that should have been covered by the case Poor material fit integrity and MagSafe compatibility give this case 1 5

Don t buy a rhino shield if you want to keep your phone

I bought a rhino shield for my pixel six pro Within the first nine months of having it the case no longer held onto the phone And the screen protector I had broke I don t have a job that needs extreme phone protection And I don t have a lifestyle that needs extreme phone protection We re talking about only falling at the most from a pocket level height and it completely failed I ve now ordered a pixel seven pro because my pixel six pro is broke two to the absolute horrible quality of the rhino shield If you re considering a rhino shield yourself solid and run away Get another brand because even the 10 15 US cases are better than they are garbage that doesn t even last a full year Even the power button on their case has fallen off in less than a year

Fast shipping option was not the fast

My son ordered a phone case and shield with the fast shipping option 1-3 business days but it delivered after 9 days The customer service replied me my claim that Your package has an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days after shipping out excluding weekends public holidays and custom clearance Thus your delivery timeframe is between May 26-30 However it is only an estimate and not a guarantee as there are many factors that might impact the delivery timeframe If I knew the detail I would not order and expect the fast delivery option I would not use this online store ever due to the reliability Hope any other customer would have not the same experience like me Thank you

shitti case with even shittier service

My clear case came with a missing button and the buttons that it came with fall out easily and overall the case is veery bulky When i explained my issue with their support team wanted a refund they said that i have to pay for the shipment even tho the product was faulty Overall do not reccomend buy a case from a physicall store or Dbrand heard they have good cases Rhinoshield is a overhyped company

No delivery

I placed on order on the 19th of november and didn t hear anything for weeks In december I received an e-mail Something went wrong with the delivery and if I wanted to confirm my address so they could send it again Due to traveling I wasn t able to check my e-mail and was first able tor reply in January Their answer was I was to late and thy refunded without shipment costs which costed me 7 00 They adviced me to order again but as you can all understand I won t pay 7 - for a shipment that might not arrive again

bought a screen protector I followed the video of the instructions to put it on and about 2 months after it started unsticking and the company wont do nothing about it unless its in the original package and not used will never buy anything else from this place I don t recommend buying screen protectors from there IO845217

Clear Coat 2021- NO PROPERTY PROTECTION i e stuff is still stuck on grill

I paid for a clear coat spray of my entire second floor painted part of our house The clear coat went everywhere the talented spray technician DID NOT COVER ANYTHING Its s on my grill on the concrete etc Date of experience calendar on this form does NOT WORK
