Non functional air pod cover Impossible to remove my air pod from the protection my AirPods Pro are damaged because of the shell which is a shame Worst purchase of my life Thanks rinoshield Double the YouTube video that shows how to remove the case by simply pushing with the thumb which is a huge joke

Phone case feels very cheap

Phone case feels very cheap Arrived in mail and the box they package it in is loose and you can wiggle the case around so it was already pretty disappointing then after opening the product the case was both light and flimsy For the price of an otterbox this phone case feels like something you d order for 15 dollars on Amazon Super disappointed with their product

Once was great now is garbage

I ve been buying Rhinoshield phone cases for years Have had 2 on 2 seperate Samsung Galaxy s and my most recent is a iPhone 14 regretfully The cases on the Samsung were fantastic and lasted as long as the phone with usual wear and tear and have always kept my phones safe My recent purchase for my iPhone 14 solid suit case is absolute garbage it stretched within months and barely holds the phone at all camera square protector wears insanely quick and I have lost 2 from just placing my phone down as it just falls off why isn t this 1 piece Overall the company has gone really cheap on their products and they will last you maybe a month or 2 All the recent reviews align hopefully they realise the mistake they ve made as they re losing all their returning customers I m moving on to a different company where the case will last

Don t buy this cheap product

40Euros later I got a case that kept activating my Siri due to the bulkyness and it being too tight on my phone Removing the case was a very difficult task and took way too much power and effort It s too expensive feels cheap and ruined my phone Normally I don t go about writing a bad review but this experience was dreadfull The support team has given me an option to get the case replaced by well the exact same case that ruined my phone Very poor solution and no option to refund which should be a standard after such an experience Conclusion never ordering another rhinoshield case again despite the funky designs and the heavy promotions

I order a Rhinoshield case from them

I order a Rhinoshield case from them December 13 and today going to December 24 still haven t got my case I Paid 1-3 fast shipping and It s been in tennesse ever since since December 18 it was going to be delivered 20th and I live nyc Contacted them and left numerous emails but poor communication from them always saying we get back to you but never do rhinoshield Have to wait night time since its in Taiwan which is frustration I left them another email Friday here but over there is Saturday there close Hoping to give a Christmas present but I see not

Misleading Warranty

My house was painted with Rhino Shield six years ago Since then the paint has needed repairs four of the six years The first three were fully covered by Rhino Shield however this year with a new Wisconsin franchise they will only supply new paint the homeowner must pay for labor Given the advertised superior product there is no way it should have required all the repairs but since they were covered it did not bother me that much Now to learn the 25 year warranty only covers the paint I am a very dissatisfied customer I would not recommend anyone use Rhino Shield

Iphone 14 Pro Max solidsuit case

I bought a solidsuit case for iphone 14 pro max the case is solid and it protected the phone very well but after about 2 months the case started widening to the point where the phone was starting to slip out i managed to fix it by dipping the case in hot water and then cold after which led to some damage to the case but i had no other choice Then after another month it widened back again Also the ring paint wore off after a couple days Disappointing

I ve bought from this company 3 times first 2 were great But for the last order ive waited 2 months and only after 7 emails I sent them they opened an investigation than they sent me the same order again but said I should pay another 15 if I want to get the order in the next MONTH my experience was horrible and the support team was unhelpful and and were the Opposite of nice Would not recommend

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company Overpriced cases and terrible customer support They sent me the wrong product and made me pay for the shipping costs for returning it Ended up buying a better case for half the price on Amazon

This company is a scam low cheap quality product with no warranty

This company is a scam I bought 2 products at full price directly from their website The screen protector which was more expensive than the price of the case is broken and detached from my screen 3 days after I put it on I contacted their customer service and with no shame they blamed it on me that i didn t use their phone case so the screen protector got peeled off because of non-compatibility Such a joker They refused to refund and exchange any new product Also i realised their headquarter shipping address is from a dodgy place in TaiwanIf you see Rhinoshield answer below you will know how low quality their products are Basically if they can blame it on anything besides themselves they would Mind you any phone case should have no interference with the phone protector cause they do not physically touch each other And i strictly followed the instruction with photo evidence of when the product was put on i will bring this to ACCC
