Excellent Customer Service

My custom designed case had a little bit of wear and tear after 6 months not much of a bother to me but the edges of the case had begun slipping off the bottom slightly Sent an email to customer service they got back to me extremely quickly and sent a free replacement within a couple days Marvin was very courteous and fast This was my second case with rhinoshield and I had 0 issues with the first case just switched to a new phone I will keep buying from this brand

I ve had great experience with Rhinoshield I ve made multiple purchases Love their Apple Watch cases and phone cases They allow customisation on your own terms unlike other brands that allow customisation only at point of purchase I can swap buttons and combine colours to fit themes which I like whenever and however I like The accessories don t cost much too However I would appreciate if shipping for accessories such as buttons to be cheaper I would not mind longer shipping duration I had recently received a case for my iPhone 15 Pro max it had some defects which was a first for me I wrote in and produced images of the products and Marvin was very helpful in my service request I m now waiting for a replacement and I m very happy with the experience Their products look great and function well I ll stay with Rhinoshield
