The web site is easy to navigate and has good variety of choices in order to get where you want Must say that some of the big companies sites are certainly unfriendly Once our decision had been made everything went smoothly Hoping that we have no issues This will be our third holiday tour with Riviera

Harry was really helpful found the answers to all my questions gave my every departure date available and helped me choose to best option for me

Very easy to book online although my wife had to call Riviera Travel to give our passport details which the lovely lady at Riviera took down and gave us some advice as well All in all a very good experience booking with Riviera Travel

Our cruise is booked for 12th May 2024 In Portugal our 1st river cruise So far the on line booking was incredibly easy and uncomplicated I needed some advice and rang the help line the lady could not have been more helpful Excellent customer service

We have booked with Riveria Travel several times before and we find Gemma very knowledgeable professional and curious she explains the itinerary extremely well no rushing gave us enough time before we booked Mentioned about passports insurances and door to door service It was a lovely booking experience with Gemma will definitely recommend Riviera Travel for future holidays

Very easy to book over the phone The agent Daniel was really helpful and held the booking while we clarified details of the extension we wanted Always polite and friendly Looking forward to the trip even if it s not until next year
