I have just booked my first ever cruise with Riviera Travel and Laurie has been outstanding A fast efficient service my questions and queries answered efficiently Good advice given when making my booking as to what time of year to travel cabin choice etc I am now looking forward to enjoying my cruise Thanks Laurie

Very impressed up to now

From seeing the holiday advertised to making the booking the experience was very good It was easy to get through to an operator and the booking was made over the phone All my questions were answered thoroughly

I have always found Riviera Travel to be totally professional and easy to do business with via their representative Niki who is a joy to deal with Buying anything these days can often be an ordeal and hard work whereas Riviera are a breath of fresh air I cannot recommend them highly enough if you are looking for a stress free experience and peace of mind

Great Itineraries

I like the itineraries good choice of hotels half-board when offered I don t like having to go online and bounce around the website to find out Single Supplement dates etc Forget exact date -- sometime in February

Spoke to 3 different people during the booking process all of whom were pleasant knowledgeable very helpful Initial booking was very straightforward had a couple of questions which were answered successfully A representative needed to phone me but I was out shopping she said she would phone back I suggested a time that was when she rang
