Took quite a while for my items to arrive The also do surveys in order to get money for the site does not work at all I wasted several hours doing those but got nothing

First time ordering Only 3 items Way cheaper than RL plus cool hard to get items But be prepared for a wait It took 7 days which they DO tell you upon placing the order however it also says before ordering that MOST orders are within 2 hours and 95 of all orders are in 24 hours So I was in the 5 with my FIRST ever order Somehow make a statement that more rare items may take longer would be a huge help for the buyer Makes me hesitant to place another order Also communication about that delay was non-existent until I reached out to them FIRST Then it was just a hey we re still working on it Not making me confident about ordering again If the Company was more proactive about the follow up I would change my rating much higher Thank you for asking my feedback I hope your Company takes this to heart Sincerely Dad of a gamer

The agent that was connecting with me in order to get my credits was disrespectful and did not care about good customer treatment As a customer I was worried that I was going to get scammed as it was my first time but the agent did not show any regards to this

it was the first time i bought RL credits and i won t do it again on this site It was said that credits on a PC device will be delivered nearly instantly but I waited almost 3 days I thought i got scamed so asked the support whats wrong It was like I was chatting to bots and got not really help They told me what i already know not helpful

Trade was conducted eventually after it was properly set up Had some issues on my end It does take longer than expected as far as the interaction with the agent It s not an instant process as some youtubers would lead you to believe They are not available 24hrs a day either and the times in which they are available varies so it might conflict with your scheduling

Pros-Great website design-Prompt replies by support-The process of getting my items was very quick after I was notified the items were ready for pickupCon-I m not happy with having to wait over 2 days for 3 items to be prepared Either RL Exchange hasnt hired a sufficient number of agents or the preparation processes are inefficient or bothAnyway Imma take my business to somebody who can get me my items the same day I order

Initially tried to trade for a few items but after three days of waiting they finally said they don t have one of the items I purchased and gave me a refund They said to make another order without the missing item so I went to do that but an item I originally purchased magically doubled in price The item was hard to find so I decided to purchase it anyways Waited around two days after that and they delivered the items

A recent trade on Rocket League Exchange was finally successful but took 2 weeks The explanation of how a trade works on both the website and order confirmation page are in no way accurate It is explained that an email and invite will be sent to you when you make a trade when in reality you must initiate the invite with the seller Now I know thanks to helpful Chat agent The trade was supposed to be a Christmas present now a New Year present
