First things first

First things first if you ve received a letter from RMS energy it is not a scam Do not put off calling them like I did my house would have been up to standard and warmer a lot sooner Shaun was so helpful and explained everything to both myself and my landlord The work was done within a couple of weeks from the initial survey and done over two days The guys that came and did the work were great so friendly and tidy I have already seen a difference on my smart meter since having solar panels and new heating installed

This is not a scam

This is not a scam We now have a new boiler loft insulation and flat roof insulation at no cost The workmanship is fantastic and the guys performing the same were super professional friendly and respectful They went above and beyond to ensure everything was kept clean and tidy Their timekeeping was impeccable We cannot fault them

Highly recommended

From start to finish 7-8 weeks I was kept in the loop From the initial interior wall insulation from Jay and his team to the solar panels being installed took about 4 weeks All of the teams that came out were very professional and friendly and were happy to answer any questions There was no mess left behind by any of the workmen I can now enjoy a lovely warm home in its entirety instead of living mainly in one warm room throughout winter Really impressed with the air source pump and look forward to saving on my energy bills Thank you to Alex and Shaun for organising all the work which was paid for entirely by grants 100 recommended

SUPERB COMPANY

SUPERB COMPANY - I replied to a leaflet about new heating and insulation on a grant but was really wary it seemed to good to be true The staff and installers were brilliant all the way through I now have an insulated home and also a lovely new heating system with a new Air Source Heat Pump supplying both my heating and hot water I no longer have to keep checking to see if my LPG bottles have run out Thanks Shaun Shane all the other lads I appreciate what you ve done tenfold

RMS came to our house to carry out a number of different jobs all of those that I dealt with in person and on the phone were amazing They were incredibly professional and friendly and did an outstanding job cannot recommend them highly enough

We are currently living with my father in law and were able to help get solar panels an air source heat pump and new radiators throughout his home RMS were so helpful from the beginning to the end of the process and were available in person and via telephone to help address any issues or concerns we had and answer all our questions We have also had to ask for help since having the items installed and the response time in getting back to us was so fast The team who also install the equipment were super quick tidy and professional Would strongly recommend this service

Superb and fast

From the initial phone call to completion of work was less than 10 days The roofing guys arrived first Gareth and Ryan they did a fantastic job of replacing and insulating my flat roof and installing various vents Next Shaun and his team came in to fit a whole central heating system They did it in 1 day Throughout the guys were courteous and professional the workmanship is fantastic I d highly recommend RMS to anyone

I want to rate the work excellent From start to finish first the guys came to erected internal wall insulation they worked tirelessly from start to finish which was fantastic Second the guys came to fix the boiler and radiators they were tremendous bunch of guys and they worked hard and continued until all work was completed Then the electrician came to fit fans and make sure everything was working fine last but not least an air test gentleman came today to test the air flow I would like to say a massive thank you for all the team for making thing s possible and making one old lady very happy Thank you

Central heating fully installed and fully funded Excellent customer service from the office and excellent service from the guys installing Very quick and efficient service property was also left at high standard after the heating had been installed The service from start to finish has been rhe best I would definitely recommend
