I recently used Road Mate UK for an emergency tyre replacement on a Sunday afternoon and I was thoroughly impressed with their service Despite it being a weekend they arrived within 90 minutes and had my tyre replaced in just 15 minutes The technician was efficient and professional and the pricing was very reasonable especially considering the quick response and the convenience of having the job done on a Sunday I highly recommend Road Mate UK for anyone in need of fast reliable and affordable tyre services

I was worried about trying to get a flat tyre replaced on a Sunday as had a busy day planned and needed it for work and nursery drop off the next day Local Kwikfit could only do it on Monday Found Road Mate and messaged on WhatsApp at 830am Within the hour I had a new tyre fitted So grateful for the quick and honest service Thank you

Thank God for Sarah

I was travelling from London to Belfast with a 7 30pm ferry to catch when my tyre blew out on the M42 and shredded itself The Road Traffic officer recommended that I call a mobile tyre fitter I chose Road Mate because of the name Sarah answered the phone and gave me complete confidence that I was in safe hands The tyre fitter team didn t let her down Lost only one hour travel time and caught my ferry Thank you Sarah

On Sunday iwas driving towards deal and didnt realise i had a slow puncture Found Road mate service online and called up A lovely lady Sara helped me Out and the driver arrive within 60min and was all done Great conditions great service Even had a card reader on them which helped as was cashless

Prompt repair

Happy to update I emailed Roadmate after the Bank Holiday to get a single invoice for for the tyre and fitting as requested by my insurers and they apologised that they had not yet done it as they had been busy over the Bank Holiday period but assured me that it would be done shortly They sent it within the next 30 minutes Happy to recommend them Good prompt breakdown service Took a deposit when booked the job in fair enough and i then paid the agree balance to the tyre fitter on completion of the tyre replacement

I had a puncture and needed to get this fixed from my property Roadmateuk attended quickly they arrived when the stated that they would and carried out the replacement of the tyre in a quick time that enabled me to be back up and running quickly This was excellent customer service and I would recommend this service

Friday early morning i needed 4 tyers

Friday early morning i needed 4 tyers has they some were bold and the others had a puncture A friend has used this company before and advised me to give them a call I called Road mate service and was advised by lovely lady called Sara which was very helpful and helped with a good price on 4 tyres and within 65mins the driver arrived did the job and all ready for the bank holiday weekend Highly recommend

Incredibly fast with her helpful customer service Had a flat Tyre and these guys got me back on the road in a hour Not the cheapest but well worth it for how efficient they were Would definitely use again and recommend to friends
