Never got back to me

On first enquiring I had texts through with a response and they seemed to offer good communication Once they offered to work out and give me a quote tumbleweed So I had to find someone else

Unnecessary Delay

Very good when they turned up after 2 hours I gave the correct post code near Shrewsbury but they kept saying I was near Oxford That took an hour to sort then a nice guy from Stourbridge came an hour later I asked for a refund of 1 2 of the 80 call out charge to no avail despite having text from first fitter saying HO had given him the wrong address
