Hit a pothole and got a puncture No spare in my car so had a quick Google and found roadmate Answered straight away clear instructions and decent estimate of time for guy to get to me 40 minutes Friendly bloke You have to pay separately to roadmate and the fitter

Rapid response

So 17 00 on M2 gillingham eastbound I had a blowout that bent my wheel I thought I was in for a long night I called my boss who arranged for these guys to come within 55 minutes from that call these guys arrived repaired my wheel changed my tyre took payment from my boss on the phone and I was on my way Rapid response quick service and the fact they took payment over the phone not from me was added bonus as I didn t have the money to cover it not sure the price was great Thanks guys wish you all the best

I found Road Mate on a google search after blowing my tyre out on a pothole on a Sunday I got recovered by my insurance company Road Mate sent out a local tyre fitting unit it took a few hours to get to me but they knew I was home and clearly busy due to the state of the roads A mid range tyre was fitted to my performance car costing double what it should but again Sunday night and desperate to be the other end of the country for work early next day I ve recently contacted Road Mate for receipts to claims my money back from tyre insurance I have Road Mate couldn t have been more prompt and helpful Thanks guys

Longer wait than anticipated but the job got done

They told me 40-55 minutes but it ended up being 2 hours because the driver was ages away when he called me They should actually communicate with the drivers before advising on timescales like that Otherwise the mechanic was quick and had everything that was needed to replace my tyre

Punctured two tyres after hitting a pothole googled Roadmate when RAC wasn t much help contacted me through WhatsApp after filling out their online form and informed them I needed two tyres quoted me 40-90 minutes which to be fair they did arrive within that timeframe Within 20 mins both tyres had been taken off and replaced and I was on my way alittle pricey but I was in a area where no tyre place nearby and my own breakdown company wasn t any help so couldn t really argue with it at this point just wanted to get home Would use again if needed
