Terrible company
Terrible company I ordered a gift from this store in early December because they stated it would arrive by Dec 21st at the latest I paid extra for shipping the item arrived on Dec 29th I contacted the company through the listed email and got no response I will actively find ways to let people know that this company is trash

Be aware of final sale policy
Be aware of final sale policy This policy is anti-customer and outdated in this age of e-commerce Shipping is very slow Order placed 12 16 was shipped well after christmas with 2 of 4 ordered items STILL not shipped as of 12 31 The clothes are just ok in quality I wish I could at least exchange one item that my daughter doesn t love but I guess I m out of luck
