Selling a car we were due to view before our 11am appointment this morning was not great especially as I had to travel from derby to Mansfield with my disabled mum and dad who wanted to view the car A simple phone call would have sorted all this out before hand but I would have thought that upholding a viewing appointment would have been customer priority especially knowing the distance we were coming seems that a quick sale and pocketing the money takes priority

Don t buy Suzuki car from RonBrooks Mansfield Untrusted Service terms in the contract of warranty Warranty Contract 1SAUCA26003262434 which is apparently mentioned the Benefit include once MOT service when the MOT expired So I have asked the salesman how could use this service because I living far from Mansfield Nottinghamshire as I living in South East London They told I could claim the fund after the MOT done by a VAT registered garage nearby my living place I trusted and bought the car at last July 2022 but finally disappointed last week I done the MOT at another Suzuki approved garage WLMG last week and passed the MOT When I contact Mansfield Service team for the MOT fee claim They refused to fulfill the pledge in the contract term to proceed my claim I have emailed them many times for 3 weeks but they told me to dealt with the garage WLMG myself

Ron Brooks Toyota MansfieldTraveled all the way from leicester to look at one of the yaris without looking pictures has not been uploaded yet as toyota is the name of trust When arrived Craig greet guide us through and a great man Did test drive and car was fine when start checking the car we found rust and rust bubbles were spreading up on rear driver side wheel arch reaching to the panel also the passenger side wing mirror base has be hanged by a screw directly screwed in and visible and tape Is this the toyota standards at Ron Brooks toyota We showed Craig the problem which he completely understands but their directors don t want to understand and compromised on the standards we asked Craig to request director to address the issues and we are happy to buy the car but directors don t want to listen at all We even requested to do a smart job on rust at least and leave the wing mirror we can buy or get it from scrapped yard but the director has only no We even ask to to knock of a bit off so we can get it done from outside but no We have requested so many times as we really liked the car and we want to take as we were not time waster but Craig did tried his best but directors don t want to sell the car I think Toyota standard is not down its the franchise people who are putting toyota s standards down

The worst car buying experience I have ever had lazy indifferent salesman was sarcastic to me when I got the name of the car incorrect Bombarded me with a mountain of paperwork by email at least 50 unnecessary pages They couldn t even fix the number plate correctly level in the middle I certainly will never go back there again

Disappointing service
Recently bought a car from Ron Brooks Mansfield Sorry to say customer service needs big improvement Incorrect information forms received via email relating to previous owner On collection of vehicle several things not done as agreed during purchase process despite my calling before traveling to confirm all was ready as it should be Delay in advising DVLA of new ownership resulting in several phonecalls to get my private plate assigned No after sale call as promised Emails now ignored when chasing an item that should have been in the vehicle upon collection In summary very sloppy service very disappointing and classic case of once they have your money they don t care

Totally outraged my parents have just been to test drive a car and get a quote to partx there car full service history etc etc and the sales man only offered them 200 for the yaris They didn t take the offer up and went to a different Toyota dealership and the partx there car for 2500 The differant dealership looked over the original quote from Ronbrooks and was very shocked as clearly trying to rip an old couple off with all the added extras they where trying to charge for with the new car also

Ron brooks Suzukihave ignored me completely bought a used approve car with worn out brakes They were a advisory 2 MOTs ago and were never replaced so they by passed the worn brakes with a bad MOT to avoid replacing pads and discsMy wife was complaining about the car braking system making noises and not working as good as our previous car so I had a local garage go over it They told me the front and rear brakes were well worn and needed changing immediately i have got the car 2 months and have covered 700 miles and i have paid out 350 to make the car road worthycomplete cowboys there answer is to ignore ignore ignoreAVOID

Brought a car from Ron Brooks Mansfield Never again They re not really interested they re more interested in getting good reviews So much for having a car vehicle check before you pick it up obviously don t do a good job as our car has had to have new brake discs and pads already which is not good We had a guy service our car and he said your brakes are not good for the age of the car Not impressed and will not reccomend anyone to you

Ron Brooks more like robbing crooks Had several issues with this place do not recommend this to anyone they sell unsafe and dangerous cars 4 reasons why i wouldn t bother with them 1 Lack of Communication and Poor ServiceI made several attempts to facilitate the sale after confirming my interest in the vehicle Despite being promised a payment link I had to chase Chris on three separate occasions only receiving the link the day before delivery which turned out to only allow bank transfers even though I was told I could make a card payment 2 Incorrect and Inaccurate DocumentationWhen I finally received the paperwork it contained glaring errors My name was spelt incorrectly despite previous communication via email My email address was incorrect even though it was used for earlier correspondence The forms had conflicting information regarding the terms of sale particularly the return policy 7 days vs 14 days and the information contradicted what was told to me by the sales agent Discrepancies in Terms and ConditionsThe distance selling form was in direct contrast with what your sales advisor communicated to me particularly concerning the return of the vehicle if there were any issues The sales advisor assured me that I could return the car without cost if there were problems yet the terms and conditions state otherwise This inconsistency is unacceptable and misleading 3 Unacceptable Condition of the Delivered VehicleUpon receiving the car I was shocked by its condition No dust caps on 3 of the 4 wheels Low battery in the keychipped windscreenA large scratch on the side and the bumper Multiple blemishes on the door handle mirror and boot Chips on the windscreen Dirty old car matsDoor trim fabric looseMost alarmingly the front tires were below the legal limit making the car unsafe to drive This is a serious safety violation especially considering the car was delivered from 137 miles away When I contacted your dealership to report these issues Chris Jackson confirmed that the scratches were not inspected and claimed the tires were checked and safe However the vehicle s MOT history clearly indicated that the tires would need replacing soon and the car had been driven over 2 000 miles since that MOT This blatant disregard for safety is extremely concerning 4 Poor Follow-Up and Refund ProcessAfter requesting the car be collected immediately I had to repeatedly chase your team to arrange the collection Even after the car was collected I had to make numerous follow-up calls to initiate the refund process I was assured by the manager Kevin the refund had taken place even though it hadn t They lie about refunds I was told they contacted my bank as my bank whom declined the refund I work in finance and basic GDPR validates this is a lie and untrue you can t speak to my bank about my account my bank validated there was an issue on the sending side You didn t even have the decency to apologise which is the biggest shocking thing I will not respond to your generic request to send an email like you have on other bad reviews I emailed suzuki about my experience with you If you did want to apologise you have all my information and you can contact me Ron brooks is terrible
