Worst Customer Service

Worst customer service I ve ever received They give the same reply each time I bought a 6 month subscription I had to contact customer service each time not one single box was delivered on time The tracking codes don t work I m still waiting for my February box and it s now mid March they haven t even shipped either my February or March box

Sure the box is lovely but my recipients have still not received anything over a month after ordering Ordered a three month subscription as a gift Claimed dispatch would be in three days Nearly four weeks later have produced a tracking link which suggests the first box might have been dispatched a week ago But no other shipping updates and still no box Have been chasing with customer service for weeks who do reply promptly but are unhelpful Really frustrating and embarrassing as it was meant to be a birthday present For something so expensive the experience has been pretty poor Update 28 02 - Still no box Customer service continue to give me the runaround and refuse to ship a replacement or give me a refund Update 2 03 - box finally arrived But my review still stands on the extremely poor customer service Box is great but if something goes wrong don t expect any help

I haven t received my box

I haven t received my box I complained to customer service and they said had been shipped and there was nothing more they could do The tracking details don t work and you cannot convince me it s been sent until I actually receive it We re a third of the way through March and I still don t have my February box Considering this was my first ever purchase I think this is shocking AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I m starting to think I have been SCAMMED

Scam

They ship you the first box super quickly so you feel like you re getting great customer service After that they switch to a different carrier that takes between 4-6 weeks to arrive It s mid December and my November box isn t even in the US yet I will be cancelling my subscription I do not recommend

Damaged box

Ordered three months of boxed First one damaged but impossible to contact the company via their website or their email address Tried emailing but seem to ignore emails Tried website contact but doesn t work I would post pictures of the damage but TrustPilot does not have that option Disappointed with what was meant to be a Christmas present I won t be renewing or using again Poor packaging and poor customer service UPDATE I sent several emails with photos of the damage to Sakuraco and still on Feb 8th I have heard nothing other than Trustpilot say they want more information The second box has arrived with some damage but the contents appear to be complete with the latest one Still unimpressed Update February 21st Still unimpressed Still won t be renewing or ordering again

too expensive and takes too long

Ordered my October box on the 6th of October on 29th contacted them to ask if they can advise me because the box was meant to be a gift for an all-Japanese-obsessed son but as usual they just dodge the bullet blaming all other postal services It s a snack box so I don t even know in what state it will arrive IF it will arrive that is I do not recommend spending that type of money for this experience Try to find a local retailer or vendor but do not buy from them

I can t rate my experience because nothing has arrived yet I placed and paid for a 6-month gift for my daughter-in-law in early January It is now March 18th and my order has not yet been shipped I am frustrated about not being able to contact anyone about this situation I don t care if you don t publish this review it seems to be the only way to contact anyone in this company Your product looks so very delightful but I am so far just feeling disappointment Evelyn Johnson

Beware of this company

Beware of this company Not only is the box quality not worth the price but they will not refund your money They automatically renew your account without notice and leave you stuck with product you don t want So be very careful with your subscription Very disappointed in this company

Please read the fine print They are an autorenewed subscription service They will not inform you when your trial period or initial purchase period are almost up instead they will just bill you I reached out to the company about a refund as we have not received any of the next set of boxes and none have been processed or shipped and they refused and were not helpful

shipping takes longer than other snack box subscriptions and they renew your plan without notifying you and do not issue refunds Even if you cancel on the day they renewed your plan without letting you know they will not refund you Very shady and dishonest company
