Purchase experience from Sandown Newbury

All the staff were very helpful from the start The sales person Jack Hayes quickly arranged for us to see and try out an E class vehicle and answered all our questions on the car and purchase options At no point were we pressured to make immediate decisions Once we decided to purchase the vehicle Jack and other staff make this process very easy I would highly recommend the Newbury branch of the Sandown Mercedes-Benz organisation

Helpful polite friendly and no pressure exerted We did have a bit of a hiccup regarding handover but of no great consequence to us caused by illness Car was well prepared and the sales guy Ken made the whole process fun quite a character

Buying a new used Mercedes made easy

Buying a new used Mercedes made easy I have just replaced my old car with an approved used Mercedes B200 I must say the staff at Mercedes Dorchester have been great Particularly Harvey who has arranged everything from start to finish Harvey talked me through the used cars available after taking on board all of my requirements He arranged a test drive and gave a very professional assessment of the different models etc advised on my part exchange and prepared all the documents and timing the whole process was a delight especially being one of the most important purchases you can make To top it all I had a thank you video of my unveiling my new used car and driving off with it Thank you to Harvey and all the staff at Mercedes Benz Dorchester for making the experience great

Complaint dealt with efficiently

I took my GLC in for a service which is meant to include an AdBlue top up When I got home I realised that the AdBlue was less than a quarter full which was the same as when I took it in I spoke to Guy who sorted it out straight away

Lies deceit and incompetence

I purchased a used e class estate January 2024 from Sandown Mercedes The vehicle spent more time off the road complimented by lies deceit and all round incompetence by the dealership which led to them buying it back for what I paid for it I realise that this makes me unpopular with the dealership but despite promise after promise I am still out of pocket The settlement was disclosed but had significant hidden costs so a breach of FCA REGS Excuse after excuse after lies and deceit this company cannot be trusted this is not a one off

If you have time to waste go to MB

If you have time to waste go to MB Epsom and Guildford Middle and senior Management within the used car sale team to say the least are a joke I bought a vehicle in April 2022 that had SRS light malfunctioning It took several repairs to rectify this issue Once a sale is completed don t expect anything compared to other car dealers I will never buy or own a MB again because of this experience They offer you this and that to keep you quiet
