DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a customized top for my husband for Father s Day I placed the order 2 weeks before on June 3rd 2024 and I still have not received it today is July 12th 2024 When I have contacted them I get the same automatic reply every time that they are sorry for the delay etc my order has been updated to delivered on their website but I still have not received anything When I told them this they told me they would look into it and I never heard anything back When I wrote to them asking how I request a refund they sent once again the same automatic reply that they are sorry for the delay in this busy period DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I m pretty convinced I will never receive my order or a refund

I had wished I read the review first This company is absolute CRAP My shoes did not fit and they want me to send them back to friggin China Even though they are posing as a DUTCH company WTH The shoes cost me 35 euro and to ship back 21 euro However they will refund me 50 if shipped back within NL This is bloody robbery and very dishonest practices PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM S T COMPANY

They have not refunded my money and it has been a month I have sent many emails and now they are ignoring me I have filed a complaint against this company as they are doing illegal business practices Please do NOT buy from them

The worst expiriense ever I five 1 star because is not possible to give 0 U order something for vaderdag 2024 and till today 5 12 I still didn t recieve the correct order They was sending me all the time the wrong order and for answer to my emails i was getting a copy paste text they didn t even bother to write a new one with all this mails back and forth I lost the money return right that i had and they only had to say is we are sorry for the inconvenience n Not even 1 professionalism have this company They asked me 3 times to send them the same information about size color ect And didn t deliver the right one not even once NEVER BUY FOR THERE AGAIN
