Wanted to give this brand a try after some friends recommendations I purchased a jacket last November 2019 not even a month later the zipper was ripping apart Contacted customer service and after 3 weeks they offer sending the same jacket with different colour I asked then about other alternative-solutions that wouldn t involve trading of the very same defective product that was almost 1 month ago still waiting for a reply Definitely not the customer service nor the product quality expected from a 300 winter-jacket brand

Don t buy online Save the Duck product s are fantastic I love their mission It s 100 animal free which is very important for me Their jackets are good quality and I ve been very happy with them However when you purchase a 300 jacket and the size is nothing like the sizing chart I assume because of the style and you try to return the item and then have to go through a returning approval process then to be charged 18 for return shipping it s not the level of service you expect from such an expensive purchase Meanwhile I am still waiting for my 300 to come back to me

I bought a Save The Duck winter coat for my 9 year old son and the zipper got stuck on the first day We tried to trouble shoot it but the zipper continued to get stuck and then started to unzip from the bottom up After weeks of struggling with the zipper I returned it I was also dissapointed about how quickly the coat looked worn out and it was also not as warm in the cold whether as we expected I gave 2 stars because it looked good initially and I know the company is attempting a new concept Unfortunately it is not a good product when it comes to kids jackets

I loved the jacket for a year This is the second winter and there are rips everywhere on the seams Just not well made

I am convinced these negative reviews are not real This is why I just received my Save the Duck Heroy long coat for men 3 working days after being ordered The coat came in plastic transparent bag that is more than 80 recyclable and completely sealed The coat itself is PERFECT and I can t say that for many things in my life the inner lining is so gentle to touch coat is super light there are no sewing mistakes or loose threads main zipper is strong and durable outside pockets are padded with soft and thick fabric it has two large inner pockets with zippers and third one nicely concealed the end of the sleeves has a smooth closure to protect you from the outside elements hood is padded and on top of it is a Save the Duck logo I LOVE IT On top of it all the price is really cheap when comparing to its peers and this is how it should be affordable to everyone And finally the feeling of wearing a coat that did not hurt any animal at all is making my life to really transcend to full sustainability and peace of mind and soul My whole family will get one and I will spread the word in the whole wide world I am also ready to invest in this company

I love the quality of the Luck jacket I ordered through Amazon it feels sumptuous The fabric is so silky and has just the perfect amount of shine to feel a bit blingy without being too over the top The pockets are extra deep and accessible The high collar means my neck never gets cold It is extremely warm and windtight- NO WIND can penetrate even in a Utah winter which is saying something And no animals were harmed or maimed just so I could have a pretty jacket I feel good knowing I didn t contribute to the cruelty in the world Because of covid clothing was on deep discount sales this winter and I could ve gotten a nice jacket for 100 less if it were down But it s not too much more and worth it to invest in clothing that s noncruel Plus on top of that it s SUPER high quality

I own two jackets from Save The Duck and love them both The quality is great and the customer support I ve received is equally as great The jackets are both warming lightweight and I love the little bag they come with to store the jackets in They still look brand new after machine washing them and I would definitely buy from Save The Duck again in the future I had an issue where the zipper on one of my jackets got caught weird and ended up pulling itself apart when I tried to zip up my jacket After contacting customer support and verifying the legitimacy of my jacket they sent out a replacement zipper than I asked a local tailor to fit for me and to their surprise I managed to provide them an original zipper which they hadn t seen from a company before Thanks again Arianna from International Customer Service and Save The Duck in general The customer support experience happened around the date of 17 03 2021 but I have been enjoying having my jackets keep me warm and dry from the elements since 2017
