DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY The item purchased was sized incorrectly and I made a return request There is no automated email to acknowledge my return and after a lengthy period of waiting Barclaycard refunded my money STD finally accepted the return and payment was released I had to chase the refund and on receiving it they charged 68 to return the item Worthy cauise but disgraceful customer service

Great products but the worst customer service on earth

I fell in love with their mission and products animal-free puffers So I purchased a jacket on the 3rd of Jan Right after I discovered that another shop has a better price for the same item and a free return - so I wanted to cancel the order by writing to them They came back to me 2 weeks later after I already received the jacket Obviously I requested the return and refund I still haven t heard back from them This is such a disappointment - a beautiful idea and product but the execution is a nightmare Do yourself a favour and don t order from the website but go to other distributors online Save the duck - if you don t know how to sell online just DON T Just partner with reliable marketplace partners Because you re doing it wrong and damaging your reputation NEVER AGAIN Could you send me my money back

You can t wash the jacket at all even though it says so

Bought a jacket from then and loved it Wanted to wash it after 2 month because my make-up left stains It said inside the jacket it s suppose to be able to be washed in 30 degrees so I washed it in a really gentle program and it came out with brown stains all over the hood like it s been burnt I can t use it now looks like somebody wiped their ass with it DO NOT RECOMMEND

Don t buy directly from this company

Instigated a return for a gillet that s sized incorrectly No automated email to confirm my return Emailed and contacted through the website and again no automatic email response or reply The phone line cuts me off Having read the reviews no matter the principals I WILL NOT buy again from this company

My experience with save the duck is very similar to so many previous posts I regret that I didn t check trustpilot before ordering from them The quality of the product was good however it was too big for me and that s the reason for requesting return According to the website after requesting refund a carrier will contact me for pick up however this did not happen and I tried email and call them No responses Very disappointing update After this post was first published I managed to contact them by phone and within 10 minutes I received the DHL return label Three days after Save the Duck in Milan received the parcel I got my money back Overall I like the quality of their product and because I did receive a refund and got my money back I think they are trustworthy However perhaps buying from a faster and equally trustworthy supplier would be a good alternative

If I could give 0 stars I would Worst customer service experience no one answers phone or online chat Finally got through and was told to give another week till refund and check again It s already been 2 weeks since they received my return and they are allowed 2 weeks now saying 3 weeks because they are backed up Here is an idea hire extra people for the holidays for your warehouse They certainly charge enough money for their merchandise Never buying from this company again lesson learned Still waiting for my 300 refund

Super super disappointed Why I want to give winter jacket order from Save The Duck because I want to support their business knowing that they are a small business After returning the item on 12 23 exchanging the item for a smaller size and up until now in mid of January still no status for my exchange The exchange takes WAY LONGER than it expected No email communications No follow up It s just like the item disappeared and non of the item members even care to follow up with me Remember the item has already been paid

Don t be fooled by the cause

Great cause appalling customer service and policies Bought jacket on the 3rd of December after multiple emails asking for the shipping date they did not respond Once I said I would claim fraud with the credit card as they never shipped the item they finally shipped it on the same day December 17th 13 days after placing the order The jacket arrived promptly after but the zipper is faulty as other reviewers here have said After reading multiple reviews about the shocking return policy it is incredibly disappointing that I might have to keep a faulty jacket as they will not take responsibility for the faulty zipper Terrible brand stay away
