I feel bad because the products are

I feel bad because the products are good products and lack of good customer service seems to be the issue I ordered a hat in February and still have not received it After at least five emails back and forth i still have not received it I have purchased before with no issues Not sure why the service is so bad My daughter ordered the same hat in march and received hers already I am so disappointed and frustrated that i still dont know when it will be shipped Even tho they kept saying its ready to ship Weird

I recently bought a pink purple puffer jacket and the quality is so bad it broke They refused to exchange it and look at it I was considering buying other colours and styles but will definitely not buy

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I will never purchase from this company again I needed to exchange for another size the customer service clerk put me through hell Talked over me condescendingly in every phone call I had with her Rude to the point of no return In my final call to determine where my order was she hung up on me Great rep for Save The Duck--NOT Still haven t received the replacement ordered on 11 26 2022--today is 12 31 2022 Can t vouch for the product nothing to review I will say that the CS clerk should be fired And from the reviews I have read this is a frequent occurrence NO THANKS

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SAVE THE DUCK JACKETS The zippers are defective and the company does not take accountability for it It will now cost ME 100 to replace their faulty zippers that they are NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILTY FORI contacted the company and their reply was A lot of people have trouble with the double zippers Thank you for your feedback Laughable so it s your customers fault

DO NOT buy from this company Customer service is absolutely horrible If and when you speak with them they are no help at all it is taking me over a month to be refunded after returning their merchandise I continue to get the poorest of excuses about my refund

If I could give them zero stars then I would I ordered a jacket the jacket did not fit I was happy to return it and exchange for another I messaged customer service and never got a response I messaged again and never got a response then I left two bad reviews and the next day I received a credit Still no reply so I ordered the replacement trying to give them another shot it has been two weeks since I ordered and nothing has shipped I also of course can not get al hold of them I will be reporting them as fraud and canceling order I never received and held from custome service and have yet to even get a response my wife has also reached out she got no response either

I bought a 450 00 arctic coat and after wearing this coat the first time in the rain it leaked like crazy within 5 minutes After contacting the customer service they told me my 450 euro Arctic coat is water repellent so it should be accept a coat of this price leaks after five minutes in the rain Seriously The worst quality ever

The worst customer service

Absolutely terrible post-sale customer service I purchased a coat as Christmas gift the third week of November concerned that they would run out of sizes style during the holiday season The coat was one size too small for the person it was gifted to I contacted customer service as soon as possible after Christmas I would have been happy with an exchange a refund or even a credit note Instead I was treated rudely constantly interrupted and not even allowed to explain myself I was told that the return policy is 14 days irrespective of the Christmas holiday season No exceptions No exchange no refund Customer service is terrible They re just interested in the sale and after that you re on your own if you have any problems Buyer beware

So frustrating Hate to give them one star I ordered a coat in 2020 and like many others missed the very slim return window and after much haggling got a credit with Save the Duck Tried to use the credit twice this December First order was cancelled by Save the Duck three weeks after ordering it because of low stock Ordered a different color on December 21 and it has yet to be shipped I have left numerous emails and none have them have been answered There is no other means of contacting customer service No phone number No chat Customer service is beyond bad and I would caution anyone from doing with business with this company

36 64 charge for returning a gilet

I ordered a jacket in the sale and delivery was fine although when it arrived the colour I didn t like and it was just a bit on the small side I asked if they would exchange for another which they wouldn t they said I had to return and a re-buy I looked up the return costs from UK and it was 18 Euros which I was not happy about I then returned it I chased 2 weeks later as I d heard nothing and magically I was refunded that day and this is the real sting I was charged 36 64 for the return I complained said it was 18 on the website but completely fobbed off and then told they couldn t help me further I certainly won t be purchasing from them again
