I ordered from Europe and my order got stuck in customs I contacted the support team and they responded fast and sent my money back Altough i could not get my product i was amazed by how great of a company they are I highly recommend them mostly for US buyers but maybe i was just unlucky

UPDATE They did respond my address autofiller hadn t put the number of my address and therefore they couldn t ship Would have been nice to have been contacted last week instead of having the shipment over a week late In the end I should have double checked the address At least it appears that it isn t a scam Will update again if I receive the order UPDATE 2 Quick response this time they upgraded my shipping to FedEx 2-day for free because of the mishap Hasn t shipped yet but hoping it does soonUpdate 3 They saw the review on here and offered store credit or a partial refund They already switched me over to two day shipping and the products have arrived I m not giving a five star because they offered the refund I made the mistake in filling out the form and they still corrected it It s nerve-wracking paying 100s of dollars and then thinking you got scammed It seems like there are probably some periods where they might take a while to respond to an email Be patient I do believe their intention is to be a legitimate business I ll update this in a few weeks to rate the quality

This industry is horrible when it comes to faking products or getting products of sub standard quality do yourself a favor and use these guys and these guys only they are extremely meticulous about ensuring product quality and they are the only place I will give my money Excellent customer service as well

I ordered for the first time on 11 12 I was leary especially when it came to the payment but everything went smoothly as can be They are in contact with you the whole time as far as when the product will arrive I was surprised I just got it today 11 16 and I am in California I will order again for sure

Putting 2 star for the slow response time I ve ordered twice and both times I ve had problems with the shipping I know it s not the company s fault but it still frustratingEdit full refund was provided
