Fast service got what I ordered

I ordered two pairs of shoes and got them just a very few days later despite it being international shipping in the correct sizes and excellent condition If anything int shipping could have been cheaper but as the shoes were on sale it was still cheaper than buying those same shoes in my own country without the discount

Brilliant site

Brilliant site great price and free shipping for my item Would have given 5 stars if the tracking number was in my confirmation email or showed on my account As it was delivery was fairly quick but I like to know when it is due out this was solved by a simple phone call and the staff were friendly and helpful

After having quality issues with trainers purchased for my daughter Scorpion shoes after being informed of full facts were most helpful with offering a full refund including no return postage costs I can t recommend the brand of shoes we purchased - but Scorpion seem to be a trustworthy honourable company to deal with

Fast effective service on shipment

My package was suppose to come within 10 to 15 business days and amazingly it came within 7 or 8 days The response for my tracking number took a while to receive but getting my heels early made up for that Thanks for the amazing exclusive heels Will defintely be ordering from you guys again I would recommend this site to anyone Thanks again scorpion

Generally very helpful customer service speedy delivery

Although there was a little messing about with returns refunds based on a slight misunderstanding the situation was resolved by Scorpion Shoes in an efficient professional friendly manner The Red Wing Beckhman boots I bought were the cheapest deal I could find anywhere by a long way Thanks you for a great deal positive experience

Will shope here again

Found a pair of shoes on the website that I couldnt find anywhere else Ordered got a really quick confirmation email and shoes arived really quickly On a negative note to some the box the shoes were in was unuseable flattened and torn But as I desperatly wanted the shoes it didnt matter to me that much Overall great customer experience cheers guys

I had a good experience with Scorpion with whom I had never previously heard of The website was easy to use and delivery was quick and very efficient My only slight criticism would be that a discount code given for first time customers is only permitted for use with items that are not on sale That being said I would definitely recommend and shop again

Great shoes Good Prices

I am very happy with my recent purchases from Scorpion shoes Mine were bought in the sale so got them at a great price Very quick tracked delivery On a multi order they did forget to put one pair in hence 4 but customer services were really quick helpful dispatched the missing pair immediately My experience so far is great company with great service would recommend

The local delivery service was not

The local delivery service was not provided with my phone number so they couldnt contact me and the package was sent back to warehouse Finally I manage to contact the delivery service and arrange the delivery Anyway the package was delivered one week later Otherwise everything was fine no problem with communication with customer service and the shoes are great

Good service but watch out for the postage prices

Hassle free experience and I used Scorpion because they re one of the few places in the UK that sell the genuine 63 inch long Red Wing boot laces My only gripe is that the postage was quite expensive and cost nearly as much as the item I ordered - Shame you don t ship at cost price
