Same review as others They showed a part was in stock then magically when it was time to show delivery details it s on backorder Terrible that they are playing on the old Sears brand name and these parts are supposed to be direct but they have zero direct parts in the U S At least not my part and not any of these other 1 star reviews Should be SearsPartsBackordered com

Make sure you know what you re getting
Make sure you know what you re getting into when dealing with this company Ordered a refrigerator door asked many times if it came with all necessary components was told yes It came with none no handle no seal no strip nothing Aside from the fact that the customer service rep could not handle the questions we asked and did not send the parts we perceived we ordered they lied to us for 3 weeks about delivery time tracking numbers And absolutely everything else that could happen and go wrong did go wrong The accounts were not notated by the Customer service representatives nobody could see that we called repetitively The experience started on April 24th we just got the shell of a door today on May 2nd 4 hour refrigerator What we were told over the phone was that all necessary components parts and hinges would be delivered no later than April 27th

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
Like all the other reviews I wish I had seen before ordering this part order is a nightmare A simple part a pulley site said was in stock Three weeks later still wasn t shipped Multiple calls all ended at an automated system that said the part was shipped and the expected delivery was a week ago After multiple calls a week later and pressing the option of something else several times I got a live person Was told in broken English the part was back ordered I asked for a refund as I order the part elsewhere and it already arrived Told me I would receive an email on how to cancel the order Still waiting for the email Guessing I got scammed out of 40 This company really needs investigated From the rest of the reviews it really does seem to be a scam using the reputation of Sears

Horrible experience
Horrible experience These people are awful Stay away Seems like a scam Placed an order for lawn mower parts on website Said it was in stock But after order placed they said it was on back order I have called 6 times trying to cancel each time I get person saying ok But then nothing happens anx I keep getting messages about my parts on back order Arghhh Horrible company

Do Not deal with this company
I ordered a tiller shield that was said to said to be in stock and after I paid for it I was given a delivery date of 4 20 23 Well the date came around I got an email saying the item is back ordered for an unknown amount of time and I can not cancel the order because it is back ordered I went back to the site and the item is still listed In Stock Somehow I did get hold of some jerk who barely spoke English Saying there was nothing he could do about it Don t deal with this company they do not tell the truth

Most definitely a scam As everyone else has said they show items as in stock only to say they re backordered once your order is processed and credit card charged i tried via chat to get an answer and they just stopped responding mid-chat I m going to file a dispute with my credit card company now

They Do Not Understand the Word BYPASS
We have a Kenmore refrigerator freezer with an icemaker Our home has a whole home water filter a water softener and a reverse osmosis system thus we do not need a refrigerator water filter I can not get searspartsdirect personnel to comprehend that I want a bypass I ordered the part given me several years back which was totally wrong and had to be returned Last week the gentleman refused to give me the part number of the item and I received the exact same wrong part Today I was given the part number for the filter itself And each person I spoke with had the same issue - they did not understand the word bypass Last week I was told to replace the filter to solve my issue

Terrible company and customer service stay far away
We ordered a range bottom which at the time showed in stock We also paid for expedited shipping After 2 weeks the item had still not arrived and no tracking was available on their site Calling their customer service is an exercise if total frustration Their robot sends you from one place to another and then tells you the item will arrive 2 weeks ago If you call their general number you are assailed by an advert for some medical item and if you do not keep responding to the auto person then they cut you off You don t even get to the first menu Having read many other reviews it seems like this is their standard operating mode This company should be investigated DO NOT SHOP THERE We have had to contact our credit card company to get our money back
