Your engineer was excellent

Your engineer was excellent and gets the 5 stars but he had to make two visits because of the complete lack of support he got from from the office staff who get ONE star I emailed a cancellation of his first visit in time to inform him but he did not get that information and arrived on our doorstep as we were locking the house about to go to a meeting I did not get any subsequent notification of a rearranged date from the office staff and the engineer arrived again at our door as I was packing the car to go holiday He was most helpful and completed the annual check quickly and efficiently in time for us to leave at the time planned for the airport You need to look at the office setup to avoid wasting the time and travelling costs of your servicing engineers

The Engineer Craig and his trainee were both polite and friendly and carried out their work efficiently and in a timely manner Always great service from SECOM
