Good contact from the engineer to make the necessary arrangements prior to the visit The engineer was on time and completed the servicing work in a professional and timely manner All work was completed to our satisfaction The only downside was that there was no contact from the SECOM planners to make arrangements for the engineer visit This is something that is an ongoing issue as engineers often turn up announced
