Stuart arrived on time Carried out the alarm service as required Excellent customer service from Stuart This was a repeat service as the original engineer sent to job had no knowledge of the system new to company and no adequate training I have requested that all future visits are made by Stuart it makes the service visit hassle free for me which is as it should be

Secom automatically book the check up appointments so you don t forget but it s easy to change if needed They arrive on time do a very thorough and professional job Give good advice and prompt responses when needed

Our engineer was extremely professional efficient and thorough He phoned prior to arrival then arrived on time and was friendly and courteous throughout He answered all of our questions and we were very pleased indeed with the experience SECOM employ highly skilled engineers and over many years we have always been impressed with the organisation and outcomes of the annual service

Engineer arrived on the right day within the agreed time slot Had been to the property before Had the necessary equipment and was able to carry out the service our alarm system as per the contract Left things clean tidy afterwards and was professional throughout A good job nicely done
