Knowledge of Engineer was very good We have a large house with an attached utility and garage - several PIRs and many sensors on windows and doors I explained one possible issue from the previous visit - I had been told that one sensor wasn t working correctly He ran a thorough check explained what he was doing and confirmed that this particular sensor was actually OK All other checks were done and all sensors and battery were in order
