Total Scam The Section Express templates do not work well with Wordpress themes and slowed down my site from 97 to 24 and then broke it forever What s more there is zero customer service and no refunds for a very good reason Avoid at all costs as you will pay for the section express templates and then have to pay a developer to fix the mess

As reported by the negative review just before mine the template file I was trying to use for my website states Invalid template type I reported this to customer service and just like the other customer I was accused of lying Make no mistake this company is really just some guy denying refunds on his faulty product and blaming the customer instead of fixing the issues with his product An actual customer service agent would provide their name and refund the money for a product that doesn t work instead of claiming the refund policy is stated in their Terms of Use it actually isn t The whole point of this purchase was to save time but I ve instead wasted it going back and forth with this guy He actually requested my login credentials Very professional Now let s wait for another foolish response

I was initially impressed with the templates they look professional and well-designed However my overall experience was disappointing due to several key issues Support Responsiveness When I encountered problems the support team was either unhelpful or didn t respond at all This made resolving issues unnecessarily frustrating One-Time Package Limitations I purchased the one-time package which provides only a single day of downloading access to the templates If you miss that narrow window you lose access entirely This feels restrictive and doesn t match expectations for a one-time payment Failed Workaround After I raised my concern about the limited access I requested a solution They sent a WeTransfer link but unfortunately the link didn t work When I reached out again for a functional link I received no response Unreasonable Restrictions While I understand that a one-time package doesn t include ongoing access to the website it seems reasonable to expect flexible downloading options Limiting access to just one day feels unnecessarily harsh Conclusion While the templates themselves are well-designed the lack of reliable support and restrictive access policies make it hard to recommend I d suggest the company re-evaluate its policies to provide a more user-friendly experience for paying customers

Section Express offers a great product with excellent customer service Their templates are all well designed and work perfectly on every Elementor install I ve tried them on I highly recommend Section Express

I had an underlying problem with my website when i downloaded Section Express templates with my site porto Elementor which were causing a conflict with each other Section Express looked into this for me with a very quick service and really helped me out they sent the last email to me at 7pm wow in this day age Excellent job and would fully recommend

Great concept for fast prototyping I had to migrate from WPBakery to Elementor with the current content on my website Loading speed is fast and it s easy to customize after importing tutorials are very simple and quick to understand In my case I deleted the template I had purchased a few years ago and installed Elementor Pro s Hello Elementor and everything works fine One of the game changers is the responsive design which is always a struggle Just pick what you need customize it and run a few tests It works like a charm

Wide variety of elementor templates This is great for prototyping and getting ideas Developing new pages is very easy with this tool I really like it I also had a question related to portfolio s And I got an answer within a day So definitely a 5 star from me keep it up

They are good at producing practical and quick solutions I have no complaints for now

I m not sure what s with the negative reviews here I ve owned and operated an agency for the last 13 years and holy crap I ve experienced every kind of web designer and many of them are not consistent which can be frustrating A lot of the templates you can get from places like Theme Forest are customized and you can t always rely on the developers to keep them updated Section Express allows you to prototype and build beautiful sites in a FRACTION of the time with zero hassle or dependencies It s brilliant and I am grateful to have it in my tool kit
