I m a merchant who recently started using Sellix s webhooks on my site Sellix truly has been incredible thus far Daniele has been amazing you can clearly tell that she cares about her business She is always around with a thorough and timely response whenever needed Originally my business was denied approval by Stripe but Daniele was able to get my account approved through their internal connections The support they have for Stripe is immense it s clearly a step above any type of support normal Stripe users have I ve been very nervous using Stripe because of horror stories I ve read online but Daniele had Stripe manually review my account and they assured me that my account passed their risk evaluation and that we won t run into any problems using them Daniele also assured me that if anything was to go wrong with Stripe for whatever reason that they would be able to fix it no problem In an industry where payment processors are borderline criminals Sellix is a grace from heaven Their support is the best I ve ever seen and their internal connection with Stripe alone is worth using them
