Would like more direct bank payments to be supported especially from South Africa

The Sellix platform has overall been an great start for the beginning of my small business although the amount of payment options available are minimal There should be more credit and debit payment methods available besides PayPal and Stripe I recommend platforms like PaymentCloud which specialize in working with higher level risk merchants Dealing with charge-backs and fraudulent purchases have been an pain to deal with platforms like PayPal and Stripe 98 of the time always favor the buyer I have even set up a terms of service on my sellix but despite this I still lose practically all my disputes It would be great if Sellix could look into other payment processors to work with to support high risk clients operating on this platform

NEEDS PAYONEER Would be a nice overall thing to have payoneer as a payment option i can never offer card payments on sellix due to the country i live in this being said sellix is mainly for people in the US as if you live outside of the US it is VERY HARD to offer multiple payment options

Not bad and not perfect Although you pay big amount per month there is not much choice to customize your store favicon checkout contact banner there is no option to add pages when customer go to the checkout he must click on this word PayPal for make payment this is bad me i want to change it with this word pay or or continue

Sellix is a good storefront service There are many benefits to the service such as the amount of payment gateways However there are also many issues with the service I use sellix pro for my Discord bot subscription sales Sometimes my customers want to transfer their subscription from one server to another or they put in their server ID incorrectly on the store page So often we need to change their Server ID However Sellix does not let us change custom fields and it doesn t let our customers do it either I contacted sellix through the Discord support they said it was an interesting idea but followed through saying it was a security issue I m not sure how it constitutes a security issue but for the use of Discord bots and similar services it would be an incredibly useful tool I am using the service for now but it is likely that I will switch to a service which does offer this because it has made it very difficult for my customers in many cases and in some cases it has lost me sales

I had issues with the UI Relatively high feesBuggedGood support I recommend it for business who are starting to sell online

My honest reviewI changed from shoppy to sellix and I m pretty happy for that decision There is some bad things about sellix that I don t like Shoppy example has stripe as a free payment method every user can use but sellix want money to use it There is a couple bugs there has been in sellix for months and sadly taking me to a lot of refunds Even when sellix finds a vpn it doesn t block it also after I said it should block it aka people using stolen credit cards to pay with I would still prefer sellix more than shoppy since it s more smooth and you can customise sellix better

I ve been using sellix for 7 months now over all it s okay have run into several issues including emails not being sent to customer on custom domains subscriber features not working or hardly working once these issues have been addressed I will change my feedback

It is pretty good site for selling stuff and includes tons of ways to buy stuff Everything is good and all but theres just one issue that negetive feedback cannot be changed unless the buyer buying like there monthly payment to get it appealed The problem im having is like people can really mess up your reputation pretty easily buy buying a product writing bad feedback and then charging the money back but this is the only bad thing there is about sellix but otherwise yes this is an amazing site

Overall great and all the features needed one thing that should be added is that when a oder is cancelled and payments already bedn made but it goes out of stock it should automatically be sent to customer when restocked instead of having to do manually
