I booked tickets for a local comedy evening but experience difficulties - the payment was taken but no tickets were sent initiallyI contacted Sam from the help page and he was able to help via a few messagesReally friendly and sorted the issue out that dayGreat customer service - would trust them to make another booking IT may need sorting re website - my ticket page - but can t fault follow up service
