Missing item resolved

When I ordered I agree that I did put the wrong address but I sent an email to tell them that I put the wrong address and they said it was too late and that they couldn t do anything about it now as it had already been dispatched So I am 70 quid out of pocket and still no glasses Thanks to Steve Wood though we finally managed to get this missing item sorted out and was able to receive my sunglasses Many thanks Steve Wood for your help

Excellent company the sunglasses arrived on time there were a few issues with being charged twice in error which Charlotte sorted out straight away I haven t given it 5 stars as I wasn t sent any tracking information till the item arrived but otherwise really impressed

AUSSIE ORDER Extremely impressed with how quickly my prescription glasses were prepared and delivered to Australia Ordered Monday 11th December 10am and they arrived at my door with a perfect prescription at 2pm on Wednesday the 20th of December Excellent value too Picked up some flashy designer frames and thin glass Zeiss lenses for under 500AUD I also asked support if they could provide express shipping which they could not but the representative was kind and responded quickly I will be back

Premium products in stock and dispatched in some cases on the same day for next day delivery High value items are securely tracked with Royal Mail and are delivered in complete confidence in secure safe packaging What more could ask for I was looking at some glasses that had a lead time of 2-3 weeks from other online companies Shadestation had them in stock and sent out next day for me Always good email communication and questions answered promptly 100 recommended and would always use where possible
