Do not buy

Do not buy Glasses were supplied with incorrect case and NOT the one advertised - which apparently is ok because they can supply any case and the products images are not representative So I have very expensive glasses in a SOFT CASE And if I want to return them I have to pay I would never have bought them if they had been advertised correctly They are not interested Never buy from this company Matter has been handed to trading standards and my credit card company

Disgusting experience Ordered for 3 glasses and they sent only 2 When asked accusing us of cheating and we are facing a loss Most horrible place to ever do shopping from Do not recommend to do any shopping from these cheats

This company have office in Portugal and Spain but when you purchase a sun glasses they send it from UK so you have to pay custom taxes This information doesn t appear in the site or appear in an ambiguous way In may case I paid more about 30 of the initial price Be ware This is not a honest company

Terrible service Returned item using a different delivery service than royal mail but was still track and trace The return policy states The item is your responsibility until it reaches us For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a secure delivery service which requires tracking or a signature upon receipt and insures you for the value of the goods Item was delivered and you can clearly see from photo showing it has been delivered Denied all knowledge and refused to refund item Told me to get the parcel back Erm it s with you already how do I get it back Company is untrustworthy and would not recommend using these at all

Terrible and stressful experience dealing with your company - customer service zero they call you and then hang up on the phone never ever been dealt like that - accuse you for something you haven t done and then be rude about it - I have really hand back experience with this company and still waiting to hear back from their senior management

Scam company

Terrible service Order a pair of prescription sunglasses which broke on the first use The arm snapped in half and was hanging by the rubber I messaged the company to be told that they do not cover accidental damage to which i replied they were clearly an inferior plastic 80 spent on a scam company avoid at all costs I am informing trading standards

Disappointed and dissatisfied

Shady place to shop at I ordered 3 different frames and received only 2 When contacted the customer service they did not want to do anything The courier box it came in could fit only 2 frames and they know that They simply refused and insisted they have shipped all the 3 items Horrible experience I suggest you pay extra and buy from good reputed websites stores

Dissapointing - incorrect descriptions on website

Dissapointing Have the wrong description on their website and or are sending out glasses with the wrong lenses in them I wonder how many other people have received glasses not matching the description of what they thought they were ordering Didn t really offer anything to rectify the problem so returned my item Will use somewhere else next time where I can rely on the description

They won t give you a refund even if you don t receive the goods

Update It has been over a month since I reported to shade station that I didn t receive the sunglasses I purchased I still haven t received a refund In fact there has been no talks in any of their tedious emails that they have sent me whether or not I will be receiving a refund that I am well within my rights entitled to They are using the post office investigating time as a way to delay my refund They are well aware of what the post office will respond as I sent them proof of their customer service advising me that they will only be told what I have been told I m not sure why they are delaying my refund Once again they ll probably respond to this review but ignore my email But I will be taking this further because I know my rights as a consumer

They no longer let you use PayPal on purchase and only allow payment by credit card My style bank points can no longer be used either Both were possible before they went into administration on my previous orders Buy with caution
