Having had great service in the past I had no hesitation in ordering my new glasses from them Unfortunately my prescription lenses were not quite right and I contacted them to explain the issue they responded immediately I returned my glasses for free of charge replacement lenses and the issue was resolved Great response to my problem and a quick turnaround Once again your service was excellent and I would highly recommend Shade Station
