Brilliant customer service from shade station Steve and Recheal supported me and gave me all the advice I needed to be able to make the right choice The first choice of glasses I got didn t suit me and I have to return them back for refund I was refunded within 24hrs upon shade station receiving them I chose another pair of glasses and I received them the following day So impressed with their services and I will definitely becoming back

What a company and what a 5 star service ordered glasses on Friday and delivered today 19th Dec bought 2 new designer pairs of prescription glasses after looking online for a specific brand my regular opticians no longer do I absolutely love them great selection and prices to suit every budget Will definitely be buying from Shade Station again Thank you

Just found out via Online that Shade station are in administration and

I cannot believe I am havibg to ho through this Shade station were in administration and yet proceeded to advertise glasses on their website and social media They still took on glasses order from me on the 28th of November at 5 38pm And since then have not delivered the glasses within the time frame stipulated I have chased up with emails and calls and online chat but they are not active or responding to any of those medium They are thieves My order number is 3363223 Guys do not place any orders with them Yours asses will be sued You knew well enough you couldn t provide normal services yet you still advertised and processed the order and 2 days later you re suddenly in administration

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Bought in November 22 and needed to return as they didn t fit my husband I returned and was emailed to say I wouldn t be getting a refund as company had gone into administration between my purchase and a return a week later 135 lost I did manage to get my order returned to me a month later but not much use as they re too small and couldn t be exchanged for a larger pair
