My first time ive ever tried this product and i have been so happy so far with the results and im not going hungry inbetween having each product The products are simple to make and tasty especially for a diet product as they can be very bland Great stuff

the delivery was very good only taking a couple of days the packaging was a sturdy letterbox parcel the shake are very good thickening up really quicklymy only negative is the shake doesn t have enough flavour will try the cafe latte next
