Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service dealt with quickly and efficiently by a really friendly member of staff when I collected the machine - set up my account and had me on my way in a few minutes Would highly recommend

Great company

This is the first time I have used SHC hire From booking to returning the Karcher carpet cleaner the service was excellent The staff were so helpful and showed me how to use the machine This was much appreciated The video on the website helped but not nearly as much as Saffi s demonstration My rugs and an old chair have been transformed Thank you

Every single time I use their services

Every single time I use their services in ripon they are outstanding namely Carol and Jason but they are the only people I ve dealt with but if they are anything to go by the management team are doing an outstanding job They will help in any way they possible can and deliver on time every time

Really really good

Really really good Rachel in the office was very knowledgeable very efficient and very helpful Neil on the lorry went beyond what was necessary When two items were needed without delay they came within two hours Neil even helped lift one of the boards up the scaffold tower which helped enormously We will be back again Thank you everyone for making a difficult job go as smooth as it could

Jake supported our need extremely efficient friendly and Knowledgeable SHC had all the equipment unmade the whole process as simple as from start to end when we returned the hire A shout out for Mike and Jake A worthy team when you re in need to hire anything cheers lads

Ripon branch - hired a post knocker - what a great piece of kit Fantastic support from them in terms of advice and effective use Couldn t find anyone else who hires these out locally thank goodness for the Ripon branch

A great hire company and really helpful staff

I ve used SHC for a few years now and they have always been amazing Their advice and service for making sure you get the right thing is spot on And now with their expansion with other depots becoming a part of them we re covered for pretty much most of the jobs we do and know we have the backup of a professional hire partner when we need it

Won t be using this local business again

1 hour ago I rang SHC to ask if they did calor gas I was told be Richard yes and they had plenty in I made a special journey when we arrived there was a bottle just like we wanted outside the door when we went in we were told they don t sell gas the one outside was for a customer But not us
