I bought a set of headphones from Shenzhen Audio the iBasso SR2 s Great sound but crappy headband My headband eventually broke and I contacted iBasso about getting it fixed or replaced Turned out that Shenzhen Audio is not an an authorized dealer and iBasso will not honour the warranty but would sell me a new headband for a price I contacted Shenzhen and they said that iBasso will not sell them a new headband but requested that I send the headphone back to China for repair They said they may or may not cover the repair depending on what they feel caused the problem Since they can t even buy a new headband from iBasso I have no idea what kind of repair they are referring to I told them that iBasso will sell me a headband for 60 00 plus shipping I said if you will cover that cost I will do the install They said We will cover half of the headband cost or you can mail the headphones back to us Steer clear of Shenzhen Audio for anything And I have already bought two amps one DAC and a set of headphones from them You never really know what kind of company you re dealing with until something goes wrong

I bought some eartips which never were delivered ShenzenAudio refuses to refund for that Why do i have to take the hit when you cant ship your stuff properly Bad Company never buy here again

Terrible Customer Service

Sent an item Tanchjim Oxygen for repair to them and paid 30 for the shipping cost Waited around 2 months and I see that in the shipping tracking the package is just sitting at the Shenzhen postal service waiting for custom clearance So I notified Shenzhen Audio customer service to clear the parcel and they said they will check it After another 3 weeks of waiting Shenzhen Audio tells me that the parcel was returned back to me because of coronavirus What probably happened was they forgot about the package and after a month of waiting in the postal office they are now just returning it back to me Shenzhen Audio tells me I have to send it back to them again I also have to pay for return shipping So in total they are asking me 6 months of waiting and almost 90 in shipping fees because of their own mistake Worst customer service ever

Terrible seller

Terrible seller took me over a month to get both of my orders and one came defective It has been an absolute nightmare to get my money back they don t respond to anything stay away

Do not register your mail on their

Do not register your mail on their website They are a source of spams I have all the proof to know most of the recent spams i receive is due to the registration on their website When i did register on their website something happened wrong and i then received mail from them in double And now most of the scam i receive and they are a lot I receive it in double exactly like i did after my registration on their website from them The same exact behaviour I also still receive spam alone but they are far less So i can confirm this spams in double is in direct relation with my registering on their website since it has the same double receiving bug You ve been warned I cannot trust any company using this methods

Fake tracking not sending the bought product

Ordered AMP DAC combo for 270 99 After 3 weeks of waiting their support said they sended the package and give me tracking number In 10 days that tracking number has no movement even inside China So tracking is fake Be very alerted buying anything from that company

Custom fine due to false declared value

I ordered from Shenzhen Audio a few months ago They used DHL Express and the parcel arrived a few days later but was blocked at the custom for 3 weeks due to the wrong declared value 30 instead of 269 Shenzhen Audio asked me not to let the parcel be resent to China and proposed to pay part of the administrative cost back 20 I have now to pay extra customs charges and fines due to the false declared value 355 extra The customs explained me that Shenzhen Audio often declare false goods values I asked Shenzhen Audio to pay the fine they are responsible for but I received no answer The ordered good has cost me more than double the initial price

Fake tracking parcel not shipped for 3 weeks

Ordered and paid a SMSL headphone amplifier from them After 5 days I received a tracking note However tracking was not possible as the parcel hasn t been shipped for another 15 days I then filed a complaint with Paypal and got refunded Will not buy from Shenzen Audio again
