Best Customer Service Ever
I contacted Sherborne recently regarding a spare part I required for my riser recliner chair which my parents bought over 20 years ago as the chair was so old I had little hope that the part would be available and I would have to buy a new one as the pair of chairs belonged to my late parents they had great sentimental value to me therefore it was with great joy when the part arrived unexpectedly through my letterbox free of charge what great service this is I only wish other companies were so loyal to their customers thank you to all those involved in making me a very happy bunny

Excellent customer service
I bought a Keswick riser recliner chair for my dad from a local company Hackett and Baines in Shildon County Durham and their service was superb but I totally forgot to register for the after sales warranty and when I realised I had missed the 30 day window by 5 days I emailed the company and asked if I could purchase the warranty as it was my fault I had forgotten to post the paperwork I received a lovely reply from Julie who said just to post the paperwork and the warranty would be in place when they receive it This is excellent customer service in my opinion and my dad is very happy with the chair

A complete waste of 4600 for a Superking adjustable bed
A complete waste of 4600 for a Super King adjustable bed two visits from their repairer one in two weeks of delivery and less than a year old another visit as the bed recliner on both sides near the headboard had bowed by 2 inches and the mattresses had kinked according to the report no manufacturing faults were found had loads of photo s but have fallen on deaf ears and no chance of refunding or replacement of the faulty items except a goodwill gesture by the retailer only one half after a rather rather disturbing discussion he would do no more so much for customer service very very disappointed

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING WITH SHERBORNE UPHOLSTERY NAME ON IT AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF STRESS AND UPSET BECAUSE WHEN YOU HAVE HANDED YOUR MONEY OVER THEN THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE I paid 1060 for this chair there is no way could any older person or anyone with disabilities be able to use it Part of the letter to Andrea Spence Customer Services Sherborne Upholstery The side of the chair has got a very sharp industrial staple sticking out I have cut myself quite badly on it and bled a lot this was a shock and a really upsetting experience and I would not have expected the quality or the workmanship of this chair to be so poor considering the amount of money it cost me being 1060 I would have expected better with it being a British make Also to get it to recline requires for the back of the chair to be pushed back with quite a lot of force with the persons back it s a cantelever strong spring and it is painful to do it while in the reclined position the back of the chair constantly is putting a lot of pressure on my spine and neck as I have to keep the force of the pressure on the back of the chair as it is constantly pushing me forward making it impossible for me to be able to relax in it The Consumer Rights act make it an implied term of the contract that the goods be as described fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality -I took photos of the Industrial staple and also of the bad deep cut and sent them to Sherborne -Reply from Andrea Spence at Sherborne As your contract of sale is with Rooms I am afraid there is little we can do for you we cannot get into a debate that is ongoing between yourselves and your retailer I hope you can get this resolved Kind Regards -I did try to resolve the problems with the place I bought it from and they offered to send someone with a hammer to bash the staple back in I said I could do that myself BUT it wouldn t solve the other problems would it They refused to do anything about it they refused to take the chair back

KEEP AWAY from this company in case you have a problem Unfortunately I didn t think to check here before searching for furniture They are supposedly reputable and make high quality goods Untrue I waited over 5mths for my order and saw faults at delivery more in the following days They could not all be rectified on site so I was told via my supplier that they would take it back and refund me I emailed them with photos of all the problems how it passed any quality control I can only guess I received no acknowledement of my mail and was told on the phone to deal with my supplier What good company doesn t respond to customers I m asking for some compensation as I now have another long search and months with no furniture I await the outcome through my supplier I d never recommend these people on principle despite some of their furniture being ideal for smaller rooms I also learnt when my suite was collected that there was a missing part which should have locked the chair back in place That makes 7 faults in total I have now had my refund but despite my supplier arguing my case Sherborne refused any compensation Disgusting
