BEWARE WHEN USING SHIPCANADA
BEWARE WHEN USING THEM I HAVE LOST OVER 5K WORTH OF GOODS WHEN SHIPPING WITH THEM IF YOUR GOODS ARE LOST THEN YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN THEY WILL NOT DO MUCH ABOUT IT AND EVEN STOP ANSWERING YOUR EMAILS BESIDES I SEE POSITIVE REVIEWS ABOUT CHRISTINE ON GOOGLE THOUGH SHE WAS RESPONSIVE INITIALLY HOWEVER HAS GONE COMPLETE RADIO SILENCE NOW PROBABLY SHE IS NOT WELL EQUIPPED OR SUPPPRRTED BY HER MANAGEMENT TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS WHOSE SHIPMENTS DONT GO AS PLANNED I have had a terrible experience shipping my belongings through ShipCanada It s difficult to get anyone on a phone call and they only stick to email correspondence I had to pay extra to have the flexibility of driver calling up prior to pickup They chose UPS to deliver my bags from Ontario to BC After having paid all the extras one of my baggage was lost and only after my follow up did they reach out to UPS I then had to fill out the UPS claim documents and submit it to ShipCanada After few weeks I get an email from ShipCanada that can I instead submit the documents on UPS website or fax them directly as they couldn t manage it I didnot quite understand this as for me ShipCanada is my service provider and I don t care if they chose UPS or hired a private truck to deliver my items They should be the ones doing claims with their chosen carrier Since this impacted me I followed up with UPS with at least a dozen phone calls trying to let them know my issue UPS always wanted ShipCanada to reach out as they were designated as the shipper which ShipCanada always denied Not sure why they did that After frustrating followups and coordination ShipCanada has stopped responding to my emails asking whether UPS settled my claim or not I have lost belongings worth over 5K and there is not an iota of ownership from this company I hope my experience helps others steer clear of such poor companies

Very poor service and support
Paid over 900 for a shipment from Montreal to Prince George Took 11 days to get from Kingston to Brampton ON Took just shy of a full month for shipment to be completed and received no response to inquiries or assistance from ShipCanada

It took this company more than 15 days
It took this company more than 15 days to pickup a pallet in Canada and deliver it to customs After several days of paperwork the broker finally cleared it after more than a week Ship Canada pickup the shipment and sent it to a transfer center where R L assumed the delivery Hopefully after almost a month we expect R L to deliver next week that is more than 10 days from Ohio to Miami FLorida Almost impossible to talk to an agent sent many emails and left messages only to receive very late reply blaming us Incredible the worst shipping service in more that 20 years

Disgusting Do not use this Company
Little NavyWhen BIG BUSINESS meets SMALL BUSINESS - unfortunately we hired ShipCanada ca to move three of our machines across the country only for them to completely destroy two of them and are now taking zero accountability because our machines were not BRAND NEW when they picked them up As a small woman owned business in Canada there is not much my voice will do when talking to their VPs BUT they did offer me 200 on my next shipment with them What about the 14K in machines they completely damaged not to mention the loss of production and the time and money trying to repair these Help me spread the word Please share my post Help me be seen and heard by ShipCanada ca and to do the right thing

Horrible company with no integrity They will bill you extra and threaten to go to court if unpaid Avoid at all cost I m beyond mad and frustrated at the situation they have placed me in
