"Leaking order not once but twice"
I purchased two orders of essentials oils and they both arrived in the same box Each order was put in a a plastic bag inside the box for which I was grateful or I would have had a huge mess One of the set of 6 oils were leaking because they were put in the box upside down I contacted Shop LC and they replaced the oils that were leaking at no charge I received the replacements only to have the same thing Leaking oils What a mess I just decided to leave things be because I felt that the same thing would happen again I will use what is left in the bottles but I won t be ordering anything that can leak again Update Shop LC refunded my money and took care of the problem I am satisfied with the outcome of the issue I had Customer Service was helpful and resolved the issue
