Definition of good customer service

So with the limited reviews on here I was a little dubious at first but thought I would give it a go as they had gear at a price that was too good to pass There were a couple of issues Firstly one of the items ordered was no longer in stock straight away received an email apologising and offered a replacement not ideal but handled quickly and seamlessly Next thing was that APC lost the package in transit Before I d even had chance to realise this myself I had an email again apologising and a new package sent on next day priority No extra charge no BS just straight in there to make it right Email sent at 2pm yesterday afternoon and arrived 10 30 today These guys really have delivered on making sure customer is happy and I only ordered two 5 pairs of impact shorts hardly big spender But the fact they ve ended up taking a loss on this transaction and still done everything right is a sure indicator of a business doping it s best for the customer Seriously more people should use this place like not too many as I still want stuff in stock but the guys at Sick and Wrong deserve your cash

Great company to deal with

I was looking for a Go Pro and a Google search showed SickandWrong had it 100 cheaper than anywhere else plus it included a carry case and memory card which no one else included I ordered it on a Sunday evening by Monday lunch time I received an email saying it had been packaged ready to ship and should be with me by 4pm next day It was delivered the following day and also included a Go Pro rucksack I would highly recommend Sickandwrong and wouldn t hesitate to use them again
