Cancelled all but one dental claim

Cancelled all but one dental claim in the last 2 years with no explanation When i tried to call them I got hung up on by a robot Just save your 20 a month till you need it you will be better off for it

Not good for loyal long-term customers

Simply Health will charge you more yearly as a regular customer yet new customers get the same discounted price New customers and regular customers get exactly the same benefits but new customers pay less Great for new customers Not great for loyal customers

Only care about the money

Only care about the money I got into difficulty and wanted to cancel - ended up with call after call after call and emails all saying you ll still need to pay They really don t care

Hard to speak to someone

Not sure how they make it difficult to sign up On line application went wrong and i need to call to complete the sign up process I was met by an annoying automated customer service rep that wanted me to do everything on line When I finally got the option to be put through to someone I was warned about the wait which I did before being disconnected Will seek another provider I think

Poor company service no consistency and not fit for purpose

Been with the company for over 20 years and Leeds hospital fund used very little and tried to claim for a health issues for me and my child and they have paid some then rejected others with exact same criteria No consistency and child full benefits not shown I will be leaving the company

Hsa simply health are criminals

Thiz company is not fit for tge purpose i have both cash and dental plsns They do anything to get out of paying repeatrdly lose any receipts and claim forms submitted they then get it in to such a muddle that they lie they lie in their letters have untrained staff handling tge claims and at 1 point thry had underhandedly done me out of 1k owed Now lasy year they mezsed up every singke claim still owe me money but refuse to talk about it Shut the claim down so i am owed money but because they dont know what they are doing they ve coverrd themselves leaving me out of pocket They are criminals and are basically taki g peoples money under false pretences I will take this ti Three Counties radio and expose tgem becauze they ve even got themselves a bad name with the professional i e dentists drs and opticians AVOID these crooks at all costs

Quite simply not financially

Quite simply not financially worthwhile 50 increase in monthly cost in two years for a new customer while old customers receive no increase You will need to claim fully on most of the benefits available to get more out than you put in It will be interesting if they respond to this review since minus a public platform they Simply Health choose very much to ignore it

You need to hire humas beings again Only virtual assistant on chat as well as when you finally get a number for someone virtual assistant then when i requested to speak to human was on hold for so long

I m not happy with the changes you ve

I m not happy with the changes you ve made in response to a claim It used to be a simple email to confirm if the claim was ok and how much I d receive Now the email contains 3 attachments all featuring adverts and none giving me the information that i require Just a link telling me to check my claim progress on the main home site Totally pointless and useless change of procedure in my opinion
