Been with them for years

I have been with Simply Health for many years since they were HSA It is easy to claim and check your entitlement with a computer but if you have a problem they only seem to have robot s to answer your enquiries I d prefer a human being tbh If you have a problem though I found not being very good with i t as I am that I struggled to resolve it on my own They have not caught up with the times and don t offer cover for over the phone skype zoom consultations which seems ridiculous since Covid and the rise in this kind of online therapy age Otherwise I think that it is really good that they cover alternative therapies such as Homeopathy Accupuncture Osteopathy etc which makes them affordable to access

Too long to answer phone

Been with them for years but no longer value for money only used dental so far usually 2 visits can only claim for 1 Tried calling 3 times on my days off to cancel constantly on hold No way of cancelling online so cancelled my direct debit Shame as claiming was nice easy

Balance sheet needed from this company

Take too long to answer the phone I have been with Simply Health for many years and in the past they always answered the phone promptly Now this has completely changed far inferior service I am not satisfied by your reply as there is no attempt to address this issue

The pressurising to go online

Still waiting for a paper hard copy of statement from a claim submitted and acknowledged 29th December Find it difficult to know just what I am allowed to claim during a year Don t really think its worth the annual fee but with the slow reponse can t really work out whether I m in credit or not

I have been with this Company for a very long time I did not like having to deal with a virtual assistant I prefer talking to a human being Simply Health are doing well I will continue to be a customer they have always helped in the past paid claims on time and been helpful

simple health keep increasing monthly fees

If you add up the treatments that you will use in a year compered to what you pay it can work for you but when simple health notice this next year they increase there monthly fees to get rid of you
