I have been with Simply Health for many years since they were HSA It is easy to claim and check your entitlement with a computer but if you have a problem they only seem to have robot s to answer your enquiries I d prefer a human being tbh If you have a problem though I found not being very good with i t as I am that I struggled to resolve it on my own They have not caught up with the times and don t offer cover for over the phone skype zoom consultations which seems ridiculous since Covid and the rise in this kind of online therapy age Otherwise I think that it is really good that they cover alternative therapies such as Homeopathy Accupuncture Osteopathy etc which makes them affordable to access
