Staff always helpful and friendly Connection to staff almost instant due to company using AI technology I genuinely thought I was speaking to a human being - Felt spooky But was transferred to a person very quickly Have used Simply Health for past 4-5 years and have always been updated during the process and reimbursed quickly Just wish that accepted formats of invoices included Word too Would recommend though

Easy process to submit claims and good value if you have several health issues The corporate memberships are better value If you only have dental and optical needs then not worth taking the cover The more needs you have the greater the value you get Worked well for me this year with unexpected hospital admission that I could claim for

Simple to use website and claims procedure Cashplan covers basic health essentials extras not supplied in NHS Not private health insurance Top level will not cover extra dental treatments Not so good if there is a problem

Excellent health insurance cover with Simply Health

The claim system with Simply Health is very straight forward easy to use Customers are allowed to submit a paper claim if not too confident to do it on line Claims are paid out very quicky if a claim cannot be made due to the limits of one s cover it is explained clearly polirly Simly Health cover a very wide range of treatments even some holistic ones Even for hospitalisation the birth of a first child I think overall that they are an excellent health insurance provider

GREAT SERVICE BUT SPOILT BY A I

As usual great service from the real people who work for Simply Health They even tried to defend the Company s pre-programmed use A I to enable first contact It may be efficient and sound friendly but it lacked the efficient personable attitude of a real human being No doubt the latter will soon be replaced by the former on the grounds of costs

Simplyhealth are a professional company to deal with They pay claims quickly 4 stars instead of 5 stars as I feel that the levels could be a bit more generous eg They could pay either 100 of one dental hygienist bill or part payment of 2 hygienist appts At the moment and on my level they only pay a part payment of one hygienist appt and one dental check up appt
