I ordered a phone case in the wrong size on accident and I returned it and sent an email telling them exactly that They replied and said they will give me a free one in the correct size To this very day I still have yet to receive my idem It is Sep 11 and I ordered in early June

I have bought a case about 2 years ago and it was a no problem experience But this last order I will never buy with them again This starts with their customer service unsure of what is going on even though there is a two week thread trying to resolve my issue of not actually fulfilling my order but sending me a shipping notification until a month later They attempted to offer a refund for the unavailable items because they fulfilled the order a month later and those items were no longer available but the refund was not what they offered They offered a refund of the one item that was completely sold out and 15 of my order to be refunded I got 6 45 back from my 45 order I didn t get my products near the time I was supposed and no notification my products were sold out until I inquired where my package was which mind you was never sent but stated that it was I ordered my products on 11 28 and did not get my products until 12 30 After not receiving two of my chosen cases because they were sold out but was still offered on their site This experience was abysmal I get that shipping times are slow during the holiday season but out right not doing the basic functions of your business which is to inform your customer that something is no longer available pick another and taking two weeks to get anything done This was messy and I never want to give them any business after this I m so sad because I do their products and their designs

Communication is horrible if you want to return items you pay for shipping plus a 15 percent restocking fee and then they charge you for the free shipping they gave you

Trying to order a phone case in Western Canada and the only shipping option is UPS expited resulting in total costs of 58 Costs of shipping and taxes being higher than the product itself Please offer options for shipping

Never got the case It s been basically 2 months and all I get are apologetic replies stating they know it wasn t delivered and is being returned to their warehouse However them knowing that it was never delivered refuse to send out a new one or issue a refund It s absurd 30 for a case you never receive and that they don t refund Save your money SCAM

Ordered a iPhone 14 pro max gladiator case on 29 Sep 2022 No update on shipping or anything so I emailed in on 28 Nov 2022 to enquire Was told there was some delay in shipment and they will check with the relevant team on the status and get back to me Radio silence until I ask again on 8 Dec 2022 and was again told that they would need to check with the relevant team and get back to me One week later and guess what Still radio silence Really pathetic and unprofessional way of conducting your business Simplymdrn

The phone case I ordered did not work with my phone- I immediately contacted the company requesting to return the case 30 days later my request is still under review which basically means that I m stuck with something that doesn t work with zero communication from them If anyone wants to buy it from me I ll give you a good deal

Ordered from these guys before and had no issue This time however was drastically different First off the item never arrived Contacted the company several times to request an update and they kept saying they were looking into it and weeks on had no updates despite asking several times Requested a refund instead and a week on there s been no response Dreadful customer service and it s safe to say I won t be ordered from these guys again

Purchased a tough case for my iPhone 12 Pro didn t get the protection around the camera as described and shown in pictures Wrote to the support email no answer contacted them on instagram response was that this model doesn t have the protection around the camera That was basically my reason for purchase so got scammed there Now after som months the rubber side is loosening from the backplate Poor quality poor service Never again

My order took almost 2 mos before delivered If you can wait that long you can order
