Was originally upset because I didn t receive any notice the order was confirmed other than the charge on my bank account but after about a month I was able to get a tracking number and a week later I got my phone case and they even sent another free case along with a 30 off coupon Good service just please don t say 3-7day shipping and not provide what you ve marketed for
